I will NEVER purchase anything from Sears. The thought of spending 7K and receive terrible customer service when my brand new dryer isn't heating up like it should. It has been a nightmare and continues to be. Haven't had anyone come by to fix it and when I called they said they didn't have a repair appointment scheduled. Don't know how this happens. Terrible company with horrible customer service.
