DO NOT ORDER!! Absolutely egregious customer servi...

DO NOT ORDER!! Absolutely egregious customer service. I only received half of my order and trying to receive the rest became a huge headache. First, they tried to insist itbwas delivered but after further investigation it was found I did not. I thought my order was placed and called back to confirm..it was not. I spent over an hour on the phone with a different delivery date then I had a few hours prior. I was told the item was in demand and I would in fact have to wait 3 weeks from my original order date to receive. The manager Bender was fairly rude and told me nothing could be done. There are much better and more organized retailers..advise not purchasing from Sears unless you have time to burn.
