Sears is garbage. Bought a washer/dryer set, both under warranty. Washer failed after three years. Have had five separate service visits to my house and the washer is still broken. One "technician" handed my wife a list of parts for her to order and left. I will never spend another dollar on your worthless products again. Please file for bankruptcy so your customers won't be scammed any longer.
