I have been without hot water for a week so far. I tried working WITH THEM for a scheduled time, they were to be at my house around 6:30 tell me why they showed up at 1:00 instead, when I told them I wouldn't be at home. I have compromised with them to no avail. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
