We purchased a Refrigerator from Sears in March if this year! In October it went out, they sent a repairman into say something about ice forming, melted it and went about his way! We were denied a food loss claim, even with the master warranty! Less than a week it went out again! We had an apt set and technician was suppose to come out between 1-5pm and at 4:30 someone called to say that tech had called in sick, which I m sure they knew that before 4:30! Again, food loss! They rescheduled for two weeks out, again called to say that a technician was not coming out, rescheduled for 2 weeks out again! We have children and I am currently 9 months pregnant! When you call the people barely speak English they are rude, and clearly we need a replacement!Also, your in hold for over an hour!! I would suggest not buying anything from Sears, they are not what they use to be and their customer service sucks!
