Very salty and rude customer support. A few good apples but the rest, crap. They tried to pull stereotypical car dealer moves on me. Like, "Let me go see if my boss is okay with that number. Oh no sorry. But have a nice day." "Well maybe I'll go up (NOT)." Don't go to this place. Please.

This review is for the service department. Was helped by service advisor, James, who could not have been more friendly! Took all my concerns down without issue. Was given cold water by another employee walking around handing them out with a smile. Plus free shuttle ride all the way back to the NW? This is how dealership service should be! Will update my review once service has been completed. So far, really good experience here!

They don't stop preaching about how there different to every other dealership with there pricing and what not and then after wasting four hours of my life they tell me there only going to give me half of what my vehicle is worth (now i know why there pricing is so low) this place is a scam!!! watch out!!!

I had to have my vehicle taken here. There was little communication and when we did talk things were STILL incomplete. When I got down there to pick it up, still not done. Then when it wasn't done in the time they had given me, they couldn't find my car or the receipt the gentleman took from me.
There was a little Sally doll on my keys that is missing as well.
I won't be returning to this facility. I will go out of my way to go to Towbin Towbin in Henderson who communicated way better.

I would leave zero stars or less if I could this also relates to the service department.I broke down in Las Vegas with my truck barely made it in to the dealer.Electronic Throttle Control was going.1st they tell my battery was bad strange my truck seems start fine it did have some minor corrosion but nothing major so they replaced the battery.Then they diagnosed it told me it was the throttle position sensor ok it would be Monday before it could be fixed ok I live 100 miles away.So they told us they had a shuttle that could take us some where.We wound up asking a manager to take us to Sunset Station in Henderson so we could have a friend from our home town come pick us up.Well they kept saying they were going to pull the shuttle up out front.Finally about a hour later they tell us oh we can't we don't have anyone to drive you.They seem to have plenty of people to drive us.Then they wanted us to take a loaner car to Sunset Station and leave it there with our credit card on it what do they think if anything happened to the car it would come back on us.The worst part about the whole thing is my dad was with me he is 79 yrs old with diabetes and a pacemaker he needed to be home by morning to have his medicine.So I took my truck out of there and had it towed to a different dealer in town.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!

The Service Department is HORRIBLE. Service advisor Rob is extremely clueless as well as his Forman. I have a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail hawk. Only 2 weeks old and it has suspension damage/ issues. I have brought it 4 different times already for the same issue. Just look at the alignment report provided stating its unsafe to drive and I'm still given the car back and being told to not worry I m safe to drive. I also have Service Electronic Stability Control and Serv 4WD. The car is brand new and the service department can t fix this issue. Im will be starting the Lemon Law process this week. STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I am moving to Las Vegas from NYC. I went into Sahara just to browse and get an idea of what I may want when I moved out. Luckily we were greeted by Hamid right away, and after speaking with him, learning about the dealership, and the history of the jeep brand and my particular car, we were sold. Very transparent and upfront throughout, Hamid stayed with us during every step of the process. We were taken to David who helped us finance and get everything set up. We were treated with the same level of respect by everyone. I went in just to browse and left purchasing my very FIRST CAR! Will always recommend them.

Nick and his associate was more than helpful and made us feel like family! Thank you for making this the best experience my wife and I have ever had.

I was pleased with the members of the staff and their ability to answer all my questions. I was happy with the sale price and for the amount they allowed for my trade-in. I had an appointment with C.J.but she did not show or call to reschedule. I worked with others member of the team and agreed to come back another time. I called C.J. and scheduled another mtg. and we settled on another $300 off the first offer. I arrived early the next day and she was busy with another client. She had another member of the team help assist me. The final process went very well until I reached the final step of signing papers. I was shocked to find out to reach last $300 off the offer, my security system was deactivated. I was told another fee of $175 would be for my lost title even though I was told more than once, no problem we will take care of it. When I spoke to C.J. about these additional costs, she told me there was nothing she could do about it. I feel they need to do a better job of communication so that there are no surprises at the end of the deal.

I visited every Dodge Dealer in the area - and a couple NOT in the area. I found Sahara to be the best from a sales experience perspective. They provided me with an excellent salesperson with years in the business, who knew his stuff (very rare today), played no games (even rarer), let me control as much of the sale process as possible and somehow kept it fun. I am very glad that Sahara was the last dealership I visited.

First thing I pulled into a shady spot that said dealer parking. A lot sales person comes up to me and tells me I can't park there because it is for the owner. I ask if the owner is really there at 3pm on a Saturday of a holiday weekend and he states he is on his way. He told me I could park in the handicap spot instead. Really? I told him this is breaking the law and I wouldn't do that. He again states I can't park in the legal spot and that I need to move. Spent hours there and never did see the owner but that sales person would never make eye contact with me everytime I attempted to make eye contact with him. Can't believe the owner allows this type of dishonesty in his sales people let alone has them encourage illegal parking when I am obviously not in a wheelchair. Moved the car.

Then we got out of the car to go inside and another of the lot sales people spoke to us asking what we were looking for before we even stood up and closed the door. We mention the internet mgr name and they walk away without even giving directions, like they were insulted that they weren't going to be working with us. Inside the Internet sales mgr sets us up with his 'best sales person'. Here we go.

Multiple questions can not be answered by the sales person and we wait for him to find the answers. We have to drive to mulitple places and storage lots to find the vehicle we want with the options we desire. He didn't know his inventory even though we only were looking at the one style-Cherokee Trail Hawk. We finally found one that had the options we desired. He gave us his best price and complained that he wasn't making any money on the deal. Then when he offered me his best price on my 2013 Mitsubishi he low balled it and offered me 13,000. Are you kidding me? It sells private party at 18-19 and retail at 20,000. Still has 50% of manufacturers warrenty-3 years and 50,000 miles left. This is a one owner vehicle of a 50yr old woman. Never used and abused. After spending five very hot, long hours with this guy he says he isn't able to change his offer because he already gave his best price so he has no place to make up the difference. If this is typical of how they make their money they are raping people with trade ins. If we didn't have a trade in it would have been ok with him and his best price but not with the trade. Kind of crazy way of doing business.

We left the building very upset and the sales manager of the outside lot stops us at the car to try to explain away the way they have to make their numbers work out. Again, this guy can't explain why the best price is okay if it is a cash/finance deal and the profit they make but it isn't ok when you have a trade. Sounds to me like they are double dipping and just trying to make money off of people that can't follow or understand their fast talking way of doing business. He also states he can't do anything about the deal but just wants to explain the way they do things. Are you kidding, wasting more of my time and not even willing to look at the ridiculous offer made a premium vehicle that you can't find in the valley. Nice Job guys.

If I could I would give this place ZERO stars!!! Talk about worthless and incompetent staff from the sales person all the way to the person in the credit department!!!!!!!!!! My wife and I stopped by on Tuesday to get an oil change done on our truck and while we were waiting decided to look at the 2020 inventory they had. As we were looking at the trucks we were approached by a salesperson, Raul, who by no means has any knowledge whatsoever of what being a salesman is!!!! My wife and I saw a truck that caught our eye, we did all the paperwork and were approved but because he did not have a drivers license we where told that if we brought someone in with a drivers license the truck was ours. My husband called the salesperson the next day to tell him that we had my brother as a co-signer and even offered to put a deposit to hold the truck because the salesperson was off on Wednesday and wouldn t be back until Thursday, we knew it would go towards the down payment anyway. We get there on Thursday only to find out that the truck we were interested in was sold to someone else and were offered totally different trucks than what we wanted!!!! DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE COMPLETE FRAUDS AND DECEITFUL LIARS!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO OTHER DEALERSHIPS!!!!!

Amazing experience!
I am not usually one to give reviews but I had such a positive experience, I m hoping someone else sees this review and makes the decision to come in and have a pain free experience buying a car.

Staff - not pushy, not persistent. VERY Friendly. Very accommodating. Alex (Butters?) was amazing!

Building - clean.

Financing - NOT a hassle.

I saw a car online, I went and saw the car at lunch, they weren t pushy for me to do any paperwork, etc. They understood that I was on break from lunch and had to go, instead they gave me their number for me to text or call to coordinate when I wanted to come in.
They followed up once, same day, not even with the come get your car! more of a thanks for coming in!

I went back, took care of the paperwork for my new car and left with it, in less than an hour.

I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I d definitely purchase from them again.
Eficcient people, amazing customer service, lovely experience.

Do yourself a favor and RUN dealership sold me a defective jeep , I'm still under warranty and they aren't helping me . Nothing but problems from this place . Was on hold for 15 min waiting for a manager finally someone picked up the line and hung up . Called back again receptionist said "oh they're busy they'll call you back " I have been waiting for 3 days for a call back and still haven't heard from them .

Update: On the same day that I left my review, someone on the team here saw my review and quickly reached out to me. I was able to connect with salesman and confirm our test drive appointment.

I just called 3 times to try and get a hold of a salesman who forgot to give me his business card. The front desk doesn t understand that the call won t connect to him when they try forwarding me. Looks like I m gonna have to do business elsewhere.

Service department lacks integrity. Went in with appointment at 9:30am to replace battery under warranty. Service writer stated that he "needed all day to complete this service" , I explained that "I had a 4pm appointment that I could not miss". His reply was that he "couldn't guarantee my vehicle would be ready", and his remedy and response was "come back on a day that I don't have any personal appointments scheduled". It's my personal opinion that 6 hours to replace my battery seems a bit excessive an unrealistic. As a customer it seems that the service staff could benefit from further customer service, customer communication, and customer satisfaction training.

This place here is something different. I took my car to the dealership on Monday at 8am when they first opened. My car had a recall for the power train on a 2016 Dodge Charger. They called me Monday evening and told me that my car was ready for pick up and I informed the service department that I would not be able to pick it up until after 6:30pm because that s when i get off work. He advised me that they would leave the keys at the sales desk and that it wouldn t be a problem. I have been back and forth to the dealership to pick my car up for 3 consecutive days. Not once have they put the keys at the sales desk. The receptionist took my name down twice and said that she will get the keys and she still didn t have them. I talked to the manager and he said oh i apologize for everything, we will call you tomorrow and have the car delivered to you and this was Wednesday. Now it s thursday, still no call or anything. Do I haven t had a car for 4 days. Now I m very disappointed and feel very disrespected becaus not once was i told that something was going to happen but over 3 times. I would not recommend Dodge or this location to no one and this is not my first dodge vehicle. I have had more problems out of this 1 car than I ve had my entire life. This car has been at the dealership for transmission problems, gear shift, electrical and more.

Just bought a 2017 Jeep Patriot from here and Davion Pearson was my salesman. I was scared to buy on coming into a dealership with little knowledge of the sales process. Davion made me feel very comfortable and before I bought I had to call my dad to okay the deal. He came straight down to the dealership because he thought the deal Davion told me I was getting was a lie. But it all checked out. When I first met Davion he said he wasn't paid on commission and would make sure I got a good deal didn't believe him until the end when he made sure I got a good deal. Now I'm holding up my half of the deal by writing a review for him. Thanks again Davion

BEWARE of SAHARA!! They will say what they want to sell you the vehicle and then after you drive off, refuse to take care of minor issues!! I purchased My 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 V8 With an old battery that has been ruled bad. Called them for replacement and they refuse to take care of such a simple issue. I shouldn't have to replace a battery after less than 2 years!! Terrible Customer Service..Beware of the add on Mechanical Repair Service they offer as well!! Couldn't even give me a spare key when I purchased the vehicle - nor touch up the front bumper as promised before I signed the contract!! These are all MINOR issues and if you can't take care of your customer's for things as I mentioned above, that says a lot about the character of your dealership!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SAHARA AGAIN!!!

Me and my husband bought a car from them on August 26th, 2019 and will never ever buy another from them. Not only did they make my Finace's mom the buyer when she was suppose to be the co-signer the gave me the WRONG warranty. I ask for a warranty that could be canceled in case we changed our minds about wanting it. Than when I went to get the refund for the warranty because I got rid of the car that's when I found out they gave me the wrong one and the guys answer was "I wasn't the one who did that so what do you want me to do" he was suppose to be a manger. They wouldn't give me the refund even tho it was there mistake. Oh well I'll take the loss and never return wish I saw the low reviews before going lesson learned. Terrible customer service and they need people who pay more attention to detail and not mess up important paper work.

DON'T buy Dodge and DON'T visit this dealership! Save yourself the stress!

Last weekend, on Friday 6/9/2017, I bought a brand new 2017 Dodge Charger Daytona. The pre purchase experience was fine. For the most part they were friendly and I liked my sales person Kyle, however be careful, they will pull every trick to give you a bad deal. Make sure you read everything and don't take their first offer and don't give them your keys.

Now to the post purchase part of my review:

From the day I bought my car, it has been one week of horribly, annoying weather alert pop ups, over and over. I get tons of wind and heat advisory pop ups from Nevada and California and I don't live in California. Now logic would tell you that they would just take the car, update the software or replace the unit or get a programmer to do an emergency fix, but No! I've spent hours with the dealership, Sirius and Uconnect and nobody wants to take ownership of the problem and nobody wants to issue a real fix. The only thing we could do, was cancel Sirius. It was supposed to be two days for them to stop sending signals to my car but it hasn't stopped. They even pop up when I'm on the freeway.

Well today my nightmare continued. The whole radio froze up. Its stuck at volume 28 and the radio doesn't play but that is not all. All of a sudden on the freeway, I lost power. I was pretty much stuck at 60 and had to really rev it up to get higher. The car is losing power.

So now I have to go back to the dealership again. I regret buying this car so much. I wish I would have just gotten something reliable, like Honda or Nissan.

UPDATE 6/18/2017 - The aggravation continues.

So after sending several emails to corporate and getting them involved, I finally started to get some friendly, attentive customer care from this place, which ended later. I started working with Tigh Pesicka at the dealership and things started off well but went downhill later. Tigh said he was going to replace my console and that they replaced a part of my transmission. As far as the annoying pop ups go, he said he would need to get back to me, because they was actively troubleshooting it. I asked why he couldn't just unplug the Sirius satellite receiver from the unit. He said he would get back to me. When I went to the dealership and asked again, he just mumbled that it would cause other problems. I left and came back later to ask "what other problems it would cause" and he could not answer, so I got upset and wanted to return the vehicle.

Please beware that once you sign the contract, you cannot return a vehicle, so make absolutely sure you realize what you're getting yourself into. You're buying cars which have very poor quality assurance and a long history on web sites of poor reliability.

A sales man named Brian pushed Tigh to unplug the unit and guess what, my annoying, obtrusive, dangerous pop ups went away. So as it turns out, I was right.

Once my radio is replaced, I hope to never return to this place again. I will just do the maintenance issues somewhere else. I hope to never, ever see these people again and I will be following up with the corporate office and filing various complaints.

UPDATE ***
My radio was replaced and the new one is just as bad as the old one. I attached a picture. The UConnect systems on these cars are garbage, nothing but problems.

Took my 2014 Ram 2500 in for 3 recalls @ 0730. They took all day to get it done and now my EBS light is on. It feels like the exhaust brake is on. One of the recalls, had to do with fixing something electronic. Now I have to take it in again. No rental, no make up for their screw up. Bring it back and they will fix free of charge. Wow, how lucky am I? Imagine if I had to pay for their screw up?

My wife and I had an extremely positive experience at Sahara Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We worked exclusively with Tyrone and Deshaun and enjoyed them immensely. Both gentleman were so personable and funny. They listened to our concerns and showed us multiple vehicles, not just the one we went there for. We especially loved that they didn't only listen to my concerns but my wife's as well. The 3 other dealerships we went to before them discounted my wife's questions and looked at me when they answered her questions, not her. Comments were also made by other dealerships that "a wife doesn't usually look at the tires." Tyrone and Deshaun actually spoke more with my wife than me and made us both feel comfortable. They worked magic on pricing for us and we have no regrets about our purchase. They followed up with us the next day to see if we were still happy with our purchase. They went above and beyond and we truly appreciated how great they were. Next time we need a vehicle, we'll go Sahara Chrysler Jeep Dodge first!

Visited this dealership to get pricing and availability on a new vehicle with certain specifications. Been handed over from one salesman to another. The rep disappeared after every single question of mine and took him 5-10 minutes to come back with an answer. He was lazy as a sloth, had no idea whatsoever about the vehicles they're supposed to be selling, in fact I've been told certain options doesn't exist until I've showed them on the manufacturers website that they actually do. I've been offered a completely different vehicle than the one I was inquiring about and when they realised I'm dead set on my choice, they pretty much just lost interest and refused any further support. Astonishing customer service.
After all, I've wasted an hour and a half from my day and learned absolutely nothing. Will not return and will take the servicing of my other vehicles elsewhere. Thanks

This has got to be the worst dealership in the country, I don t even know how they re still in operation. My car has been sitting here for lose you 3 months, not to mention the first 4-5 times of bringing my vehicle to be fixed, being charged, and it still being messed up. Everyone s negative comments are completely accurate and at this point I m considering having a lawyer involved.

The service I received was terrible. My car was in the shop for an entire two weeks for a diagnosis and at the end I didn t get a clear answer on what the issue was. Nothing was resolved and I had to pay an excessive amount for a key that did not function as well. When my car was returned, the irony of it was that a piece the windshield washers had been broken. Did I take my vehicle to get fixed or worst? I had to return to let them know that was not how I had left the car. They claimed that it was an accident, well did they think I would not notice? The person who attended me, Greg, had no idea what was truly wrong with my car. I wouldn t recommend this shop, as you would most likely be in to lose time and money.

Lesson learned: Always check the vehicle for damage caused by the stickers dealers put on the cars!

I bought a car from the used car department. The young lady that helped me was new to the job so she didn't know much about the wrangler I was buying. She was very pleasant, but I didn't appreciate their tactics of taking my car keys and not giving them back after they looked at my vehicle so I was stuck in the waiting room. It also worked out that everyone wanted to buy their cars at the same time so we had to wait an additional hour + for financing. I'm still discovering things about my car I didn't know existed. The financing guy set up my bluetooth for me.

My biggest qualm is they put stickers on the soft top of my wrangler in the heat. It's now permanently bubbled from where there were two large stickers making it difficult to see out of the back window and unsightly for the side window. My vehicle is a 2015 so i'll have to replace the top as soon as I can afford it. The finance guys were super nice and helpful. I just wish I was told more about my new vehicle and that they would've known not to put stickers on plastic in the heat of summer in Las Vegas.

I have never have had such a bad experience at a service department. After a week of them not answering their phones or messages, I was able to get the service department for a recall appointment. We have rental on our lease if their is a recall; however, when it came time to drop off our car the service staff said, "No." The service manager said, "No." Funny Jeep was on the phone and said, "absolutely," but they couldn't get the dealership to answer the phone either. Jeep had to speak to the service manager from my phone and tell him to give me a rental... And still he said, "No." I had to get mad and raise my voice to the service manager with Jeep on the phone listening for him to actually do what his bosses were telling him. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SAHARA JEEP EVER!!! Tony Cardaropoli is absolutely the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life.

I took my 2014 dodge ram truck for servicing. The customer service was horrible. I received no status check on my vehicle while they were looking for the problem to the reason my check engine light was on. When they found the problem it was covered under my extended warranty. The problem came when they performed a full diagnostic on my truck and told me that my break pads and roetters were bad and I needed to replace them. Keep in mind, I dropped my truck off and had no scratching or screeching to the my brakes. D As Soon as I get my vehicle back I hear grinding and scrapping. I was highly upset. Dodge sahara quoted me a ridiculous price and sent me on my way.

I go to a brake shop to find out my roetters did not need to be replace. However, in order to fix my brakes, they need a wheel lock key, which was no longer in my position after leaving dodge.

So I called and spoke with the tech that was helping me asking, "where is my wheel lock key?" Since they say they ran a full diagnostic and my break pads was grinding.. I know they had to remove the tire to see the brake pads. The service manager tells me they didn't take off the wheel to inspect the brakes. Wait a minute!!! So they did not do a full inspection and if they did, they lost my wheel lock key and refuse to take responsibility. The Service manager offers to grind the old ones off for a price and replace.

This dealership was up set that I did not what to pay for work, that was not needed and lost a valuable piece of equipment, that would rectify the problem .Even more so, nothing was wrong with my brakes until I received my vehicle from them. As of today i am still trying to get the wheel locks off and unable to drive my vehicle. I suggest, if you are planning on getting some work done on your vehicle, run away from this dodge dealership, when it comes to mechanical services

Worst experience ever! I got a flat tire on Weds 6/22 and I called to se if I need to make an appointment to bring it in and they told me "no, that's a quick fix so bring it to 'express service', so I did. But they didn't have my tire and has to order it. They told me that they would call me and let me know. I called all day today (no less than 30 calls) and either all the people that work here are fumbling idiots or they do this crap on purpose. I guess they aren't smart enough to ask someone what they do for a living before they do stupid crap. I have all of their names and would hate to be them in the next week or so!!!

They are not carmax. Dont let them convince you they are like them. When I went there to look at the car that I was shopping for they were very friendly and attentive. They even promoted that they are like CarMax across the steet. The price you see is what you get. I would like to warn that they are not like CarMax. I wish I had gone back to carmax. For one CarMax has a 30-day money back guarantee. Unfortunately I had decided that I no longer wanted the car although there was nothing wrong with it anymore. I just simply wasn't using it as much as I thought. It had a few issues they didn't catch before putting it on the lot, they fixed them during the first 2 weeks. When I took it back to see what they would do for me as far as taking it back they dropped it $3500 for them to "buy" it back from me, it was 25 days old with 500 extra miles, and it was a used car. Second problem that was not like Carmax was they had many fees I had never heard of. Karr Alarm(~$800) (which I'm glad I was able to convince them to take off), it took some work though. Document fee of $487, data dot fee $188.50. FYI. If you look up karr alarm on the internet you will see lots of people saying its a scam charge. They also sell their warranty and maintenance program like it's theirs. It's not cause I asked about it when I tried to take it back and they said they didn't have anything to do with it and I have to figure that out on my own. I'm sure they are great if you don't have any issues(like all car salesman). But as far as after purchase customer service, they don't care too much. They got their money.

It was okay I felt that they couldn't give me a little more in my trad in, it was in top condition there was no argument about that. Then we started negotiating the final price of my Jeep was told okay we can do 575 i agree then I get the paperwork 575. 97 thats is 576 to me. I know what you're saying it's only 12 bucks a year for the next five years but I just still thought it was kind of insulting. Maybe they'll make it up to me and start sending me some really good coupons for oil changes hint hint.

On 10/19, I dropped my car off at Sahara Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram at 5050 W Sahara Ave #3400, Las Vegas, NV 89146. Jon was my adviser. I dropped off my car due to a passenger restraint recall. They had my car for the entire day. When I got it back, they said that I'd need to wait for parts. As of 12/2/19, I haven't heard from them as I was told that I would receive a call when the part was in. I called on 12/3 @ 5:21pm and found out that the part had been in for some time. (NO ONE CONTACTED ME). I scheduled an appointment for 12/14 @9am. I dropped off my car with Ethan and advised him as he was taking pictures that my horn was not working from the last time that they diagnosed the car. He asked if I noticed anything else and I advised him no, nothing else was wrong. He told me that he'd call me about 3pm or even sooner once it was done. At 2:45pm, I called to get an update and I was told that they are still working on it and will try to get it done today or it would be Monday at the latest. (No one advised me of that before or I would have made plans. I couldn't afford Uber). I called again around 4:50pm and they told me that service closed at 5pm. I explained that I can t go without my car as I didn't plan and cannot afford Uber. The guy placed me on hold and came back 5 minutes later. He told me that my car was being washed. So had I not called them proactively, I wouldn't have gotten my car until Monday this week. I went to go pick up my car. The first thing that I did when I got in was see if the horn works and it didn't. I immediately escalated and talked to management. I was then told to speak with the Director of Service. He introduced himself and stated they he would resolve my issue and to follow him to the service department. I explained everything and they told me that the airbag light could be caused by a number of things but they did fix the occupant restraint. I asked about the horn and the Director guy stepped in and stated that they would take care of it. Asked when would I be free. I advised that I work during the week. They offered to pick up my car Monday morning. I left the dealership feeling much better as I was going to finally get this issue resolved. The director was very helpful. I got a call Monday morning and I advised them of my availability. Before 9am or after 9:30am. I didn't head back until they were outside of my job at 11:30am. I advised the driver that I was in a meeting and couldn't leave. He said to call back. I did about an hour later. I was told the director was on a call and would call me back. That call NEVER came. I then called this morning 12/17, and asked that I get a call from the director. I got a call about an hour later and he told me completely different information. I received a text that there would be a diagnosis fee of $165. I advised the guy claiming to be the director that no one ever told me I'd have to pay. He then states that every time the run a diagnosis, there is a fee. I asked how was I supposed to know that. He pretty much blamed that on miscommunication. I'm not paying for something that they did. I've had NOTHING but horrible experiences with that place. NO ONE EVER communicates clearly. This is my first stop in trying to resolve this issue before I reach out to my millions of followers for support as I've gotten nowhere with your company. Sahara Dodge Jeep should be shut down! I am expecting a call as soon as possible. I was almost in an accident because the horn didn't work in my car. Your lack of follow-up is not potentially risking my life.

Update 8/12/20: They won t take my calls. Lol! The manager hung up on me twice because I threatened to go to social media which I did. However, I came out of pocket and paid for a new airbag which was the reason for my horn not working. I went to 5 different mechanics and they all said it was THIER fault! Thanks for being absolute a**holes and almost causing me several accidents. I am considering suing for discrimination since I have all conversations recorded.

This dealership has to be one of the worst if not the worst in las vegas. I went there about a week ago to inquire about a 2014 black dodge charger. It starts off by them trying to see if your even worth there time. They read off of these cards how they don't judge off of appearance and every customer that walks through the doors are all equal, All LIES!! The lady I worked with was hesitant in helping me find a car first off because I told her I have a trade in thay doesn't run. We went from walking toward to some cars to check them out to her stopping in one place to hear what I had to say about my car that doesn't run. She hesitated to continue to walk to the cars but when I told her I have cash and available right now to put down and that I also got approved for a camero at another dealship she began to be eager to work with me. Long story short they act like I'm approved for the vehicle that I'm there for and have me sign a bunch of paperwork, give me the keys and have me put down 1,000 and I'm out the door. So for the next couple days I'm happy that I have a new charger, little do I know they call me asking me to come in and return the car! What type of business gives new condition cars out if the customer isn't even approved for it? They sold me a dream how I'm approved for it and my car payment is this for this many ears, and you have this much coverage, ALL LIES!!! On top of that I just want my money back even though I'm bummed out about them putting me in a car promising approval and not delivering. So I try to get my money back and they have have to put it back on my debit card and that can take up to 30 days, but when they slid my card for the money down the funds were available. Now I'm 1,000 short looking for a car still after having one taken from me due to shady business!! People don't ever go there it's a horrible place of business!!

My wife an I were told that the car we were purchasing came with a Kar Alarm already installed at an extra cost of $600. We preferred to not pay for the extra option of the Kar Alarm but were told that it was already installed and non-negotiable. Imagine our surprise when we got a call from Kar Alarm 1 week after we purchased this vehicle to install our vehicle alarm. Wait. This alarm was supposed to be already installed and a non-negotiable option per our sales person at Sahara. A representative from Kar Alarm informed me that the dealer sells the alarm and they install them.

You can draw your own conclusions about this auto dealer. My personal experience was that I was deceived and lied to in order for them to sell me something that I explicitly told them I did not want or need.

I've called multiple times, even had another service advisor leave a message to Cameron. horrible customer service. Cant even get an update! I would recommend not to go here to anyone; especially now going off other peoples reviews and experiences.

I went here to fix a wiring problem with my battery cables & get a fuel service done. They tell me the belt on my alternator needed to be changed as well. Told them I just wanted what I came in for done. Good enough so they get to work on it. I came in the next day picked it up, paid 300.00. I went on a Christmas vacation for a week.

My first day back from vacation, & the first time I turned on my car since I got it back from them & it doesn't start. I eventually get my car started but when I do theirs a weird noise my car never made before. This is a big problem.

So I call them back (on a sunday) I get a answering machine & tell them the problem. No returned phone call. I call back a few days later, get a appointment & I bring my car in. No call from them the next day, so I call them. I find out they didn't even look at my car & didn't even know it was there even after I brought it in talked with a employee. They apologized, accidents happen ok just get it figured out.

Next day they call back & tell me I need new spark plugs, a new fuel pump, cam sensor & a new crank shaft sensor, & that it'll be 1,716.00 to fix. wow ok. When did that all happen??

They then tell me they told me all this was broken my last visit and I told them I didn't want it fixed. So it was already broken, not their fault.

However my paper report they gave me the last time I came in determined that was not true. In fact it doesn't even say anything about the alternator belt they also said needed to be changed.

Truly I don't believe that all that just broke on my car, all at once right after I got my car back from them.

Would you believe that if that happened to your car?

Needless to say I took my car back without getting it fixed. I now have a broken car I need to get fixed somewhere else & I'm back to where I started. except 300.00 poorer. I like giving good reviews but this experience was just wrong on way to many levels.

They tell you fianced give the vehicle. Then call you back four days later . Tell you are not finaced. Dont bother buying a vehicle from them they tell you one thing and do another. Its not the salesman. Alex was nice to me . I was so happy that someone helped me get me a new car. Just beware.. i guess I was wrong. Very disapointed how they lie to customers. They changed a part that didn t fix the problem, now that they ve had my car for 2 weeks and are refusing to work on it because the coverage expired a few a weeks . Now I have to pay? Since you cant give a zero star review Sahara gets one star. Sahara shows a great price online for a vehicle and then when they get you interested all of a sudden you find out they have added numerous over priced window tints, car alarms and other unwanted dealer profit enhancers that were never listed along with the window sticker. These additions raise the online price several thousand dollars but cost the dealer virtually nothing. Hang on to your wallet tightly and head somewhere else.

Dropped my car for a recall at 9am. They had no loaner cars and didn't know when the shuttle would be back. I finally walked home. When my car was ready they told me they were sending the shuttle and after an hour or so passed I found my own ride to pick up my car. Very disappointed and will definitely go to a different dealership next time I have a problem.
