I was pleased with the members of the staff and their ability to answer all my questions. I was happy with the sale price and for the amount they allowed for my trade-in. I had an appointment with C.J.but she did not show or call to reschedule. I worked with others member of the team and agreed to come back another time. I called C.J. and scheduled another mtg. and we settled on another $300 off the first offer. I arrived early the next day and she was busy with another client. She had another member of the team help assist me. The final process went very well until I reached the final step of signing papers. I was shocked to find out to reach last $300 off the offer, my security system was deactivated. I was told another fee of $175 would be for my lost title even though I was told more than once, no problem we will take care of it. When I spoke to C.J. about these additional costs, she told me there was nothing she could do about it. I feel they need to do a better job of communication so that there are no surprises at the end of the deal.
