The service was not very good. I initially went there to get an oil change and to have the start/stop system looked at because for about 1 month it has told me that it is in battery protection mode. When I arrived they told me my battery was okay. When he told me that he would have to keep the car for 24 hours I told him I couldn't be without a car for that long and just asked for the oil change he said okay and it was going to take 2hours maybe less after not hearing from for 5 hours I went back to the service department and he informed me that my car was finished I paid and he gave the me the car. When I looked at the paperwork it stated recommend battery change, air filter and oil leaking. He didn't explain none of this to me. I bought the car 4/19. I'm still very confused is the battery bad and an oil leak shouldn't they have informed me of that before I left?? Absolutely not acceptable.

All I have to say is Holy Shit!!!! Does anybody answer the phone there? I have called several times to make a service appointment and there is NEVER anyone available to help you, 3 days in a row, WTF!! Why would anybody buy a car with such Horrible customer service. Twice I got someone on the phone after a million rings and they tell me the same thing, try calling back! Hell no I am done!! I even tried to call and speak to the general manager, nobody picks up. Good lord someone over there needs to be fired.

Sell the car. So what so long and move on since I signed the line! Purchased the car on September 20th. I had to go back to the dealership three times to sign my paperwork because they were ill prepared. I was told that I would have my vehicle on an enclosed transport by Saturday September 27th. Which no one bothered to actually call a transport company and I had to call a transporter myself. Louis the salesperson was great until the actual follow through had to be done and he lied to me and told me that my car cover was in and would go on my car in transport. The car cover as of October 6th has still not been received by me. Tom the GM had his "lead" detail guy come out and go over the car with me so I could have stickers and badges removed from the car that were not necessary such as the "sahara dodge" badge which once I received the vehicle, it was not removed. NOT to mention, I had to pay the transporter myself when that was part of the negotiations and the real kicker was they sent me the car without a drive out sticker! So I have this beautiful car that I could not even drive. The real funny part of this is Harold Elam got involved prior to my car leaving the dealership and he is the customer service specialist that sent my car to me with no drive out. So who is watching the customer service specialist. I was told by Harold that Tom the GM would call me and four days later I have heard nothing from Tom. They did overnight me a reimbursement for my transport and a drive out sticker but the damage had already been done. Overall, I have bought cars from different places and had them shipped to me but I have never seen this lack of follow through ever. Maybe they do a better job locally if you have the time to keep going back but I don't. Don't say you weren't warned.

I was graciously treated by everyone in the dealership while I was deciding and then when the paper work was very painless done in no time. Noah finance man very good and Stanishia was fantastic. Very nice and I met her just after the dealership opened and she kept in touch.

Wow, they do what they say. I recently purchased a New Dodge Ram Laramie Longhorn from Bobby Lowry. I did my research online and went shopping. The first Dodge dealer I went to was a very poor shopping experience, especially with all their touting of being #1 in the USA. After that experience I did more research on line and found the truck I wanted to see at Sahara Dodge. I sent an inquiry and they respond quickly. I set an appointment and went down to see this truck. Bobby had it ready for me to look at and was very helpful, more like a consultant than a salesperson. I looked at several trucks with him, ended finding our perfect truck. I would recommend both Bobby and Sahara Dodge.

Showed up to this dealership to see a jeep that is up for sale online, when we arrived Bryson greeted us and showed us to the vehicle and imidiatly showed us "better" price vehicles which we stated we were not interested in, sat down for about 3 hours to negotiate the jeep we saw when we arrived right before signing Bryson stated we were negotiating a different jeep than the one we stated several times we wanted came back with a new price for the vehicle we had already negotiated, when questioned about the price jump he said their was nothing he can do and when we spoke to Noah he said that the jeep we wanted was already sold before we had even arrived. So for 3 hours we had other cars pushed into us because the jeep we wanted was already sold and didn't even have the courtesy to tell us before wasting our time.

Got an appt to have my car checked due to the engine lite coming on. They gave me an appt. For Sat morning, was told to ask for Robert. Well when I got there he apologized why he was not dressed properly as he was really not suppose to be working on this day. He then asked me twice why my car was being brought in and also questioned if I really had an appt. BTW I received an appt. reminder the day before.
First impression was he was very arrogant and told me I would have to leave my car for a few days before it could even be diagnosed. BTW they do NOT have loaners. He then then proceeded to tell me I could rent a car, and advised that I could save money by bringing it back instead on monday. What a waste of a day! Then when asked if I were to bring it back on monday how long would it take to diagnose it. He said at least two days, that they had hundred of cars to work on. I said forget it that I would take it to Chapman Dodge instead as walking out. He then yelled out and informed me that those people were two weeks behind. Will never go there again! Will also never buy a Dodge.

Although the sales people were nice and helped a lot I have 2 major complaints about this place. 1 finance was horrible about returning my calls. I don't know if it was because they are lazy or because I went through my own bank but either way I almost didn't buy my car through them because of it. Now if I knew I was going to be having to deal with problem 2 with them I definitely wouldn't have bought the car. Problem 2 is getting the car registered. After almost a month they never sent in the paperwork. I called and had issues talking to the title person because she didn't understand the way I talked. I'm sorry but I'm from North Idaho and have never had this issue talking to anyone else at the dealership so leads me to believe she didn't care enough to listen or there was other issues. Also she didn't do anything to get a hold of me to say there was a problem she just let the paperwork sit till I called what kind of crappy work ethic is that? I asked to speak to her boss she said that her boss wasn't in and that she would have them call me. I won't be holding my breath on that one. So now I have a 41k car that I get to just look at because it won't be registered and isn't drivable all because the title person has horrible work ethic. I'm not sure what is going to happen with the car because Idaho gives 45 days to register a vehicle and I know these people are lazy or just don't care. Moral of the story don't buy a car from these people it maybe a great deal but it won't be worth the headache.

Went to this place twice. First experience was great. Told them I needed to show my wife. They Told me no problem, that the vehicle would not be ready for another week anyways. Came back the very next day right after work to find out they sold it. Said ok no problem. Go home and at 8:30 pm get a call from the sales rep telling me they have another vehicle that i might be interested in to come in right away. Keep in mind 8:30PM! I asked for photos which he sent, and said yes i am interested and i would be there the following day right after work. No later then 3:20. The sales rep then calls me at 1:00 pm telling me people are showing interested. I asked if I could place a deposit to hold it for me. He told me no don't do that because if you decide you do not like it you will lose your deposit. Told him again I'm interested and will be there. 2:15 pm get a text they sold the vehicle again. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! That is twice in 3 days

I was in the market for a used car originally. I called in and spoke with a salesperson named Lazaro. He was very friendly and polite. I had made an appointment with him on one of my days off to come take a look at a car I was interested in.

A couple of days later, a manager (Harvey) had called back to confirm the appointment and advised me on a few details I was concerned with before walking in. Again, he was very polite and gave me honest answers.

During the actual day, I met up with Lazaro and we took a test drive with multiple cars while they were doing an appraisal for a trade-in. It was a very enjoyable experience. There was no pressure during the test drive and the salesperson got to know you a little better and did what they can to get you into a car that'll make you happy.

After the fun part, before they even ran my credit score, they gave me an estimation based off the average credit that they had to deal with the last few days and showed me possibilities of what the contract would look like, the monthly payments, and interest rate before even running my credit. It was fantastic. I was pretty much able to see if I would be able to afford it before my credit score even took a hit.

Ultimately, I didn't run my credit and walked away without a new car. However, I will be back when I am more financially sound and have stronger credit because I was very impressed with the way they handled business. I have never been able to walk into a car dealership and walked out so relaxed regardless of whether I was able to buy a car or not.

All of this took less than an hour too! :D

Took my jeep in, transmission was making a noise when I put it in reverse.wanted a transmission flush, they told me it was my exhaust manifold making the noise. So I spent twice as much as I wanted , did not get a transmission flush, and the problem is still not fixed. Thanks Jacob

Worst customer service, they do not help you. This dealership has bad employees who are only doing damage control. Instead of making the customers happy, they make it difficult to actually get any services done. They aren t equipped with all the tools to work on all the cars they sell. How cheap are they they won t purchase certain tools? Then don t sell the car? Stupid.

Sahara Jeep Dodge gave me the best car buying experience I ve ever had! Joe B. in sales is excellent and doesn t hassle you and is such a laid back, professional salesman. He got us exactly what we wanted without all the shenanigans. Casey the Finance Manager was super awesome and made the rest of the paperwork quick and simple and made buying a new car easy! Thank you so much and we appreciate you guys for helping us through a normally stressful, annoying time and turning it into the funnest experience possible!

Wasted two hours of my life!!
I took the wife's van in for a recall that she set up an appointment for at 10:30. The service writer took the keys and put it in the system. I had my 3yr old daughter with me and we were on foot so I asked for an approximate time to see if I needed a ride or just walk close by and find entertainment for my daughter. He stated it would be about an hour, so we walked to a restaurant close by. After almost two hours and no update I texted for a status. He replied they just got it in and they don't have the part! I spoke with the manager and he said there was several different styles of this part and they can't tell which one until they look at it. This is hard to believe since a VIN number should give them the info they need. They stated the part would have to come from LA and would be in the next day, we will see .

This is why i always make an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. If you go through express service you wait a hour and half and longer. Today s visit, i arrived at 9:40. It is now 12:00pm and my car is finally ready. This is ridiculous.... 2 hour and 20mins for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Should take 30 mins tops. I can t wait until all my prepaid oil changes are finished so i do not have to come to the Jeep dealerships any more. The last few i just paid out of pocket for and was in and out in 30 mins. Poor customer service here... very very slow for very minor work. They always tell me i have a different issue every time i come. This time there trying to tell me that my tires are bald when they are only a year and half old...

Oooh nooo pls if you read this dont even think of giving a step in here... 2 years ago i was a first time buyer for a 2012 crysler 300 they truely know how to brain wash you when they see you in a hurry of purshising a carr but they sure will sale and give you nothing but lies..so desapointed at this dealership. when i had to go back to get on oil change i was super surprise that i was told no small issue will be taking care cause i never purshest warranty as i was explain before sighning my contract other than that they make you sighn a paper stating your auto will be getting oil change and you only gona pay the service fee wich EVERYTHING WAS A LIE so guess what i end up paying out of my pocket $80 pluse after 8 months i had to get new tires, the battery was no longer good and transmission got messed up i had put so much money in it...if your looking for a new car tottaly recomend west Honda! best and honest ppl in there truelly happy and amazing custamer service. walk in only took less than 4 hrs of coming home with my 2016 brand new pluse fantastic interest i got..

If you can - avoid servicing your vehicle at this location. I've NEVER experienced service like this before. They kept my vehicle for almost 2 days and when I picked it up the job wasn't complete! I'm not sure why a diagnostic is performed by the technician/service department yet your vehicle issues are not resolved at time of pick up. The representative who I worked with said they fixed all 3 recalls on my 2013 Dodge Charger but couldn't fix the ticking coming from the a/c due to extended warranty?? I called Chapman Dodge immediately after leaving the lot and they said to bring the vehicle over and they'll take care of it. Please note, I usually service the vehicle @ Chapman but Sahara Chrysler is closer to my home and office! From this point on - I'll driver further for the SATISFACTION!!!!!!!

I purchased a vehicle on 10/04/19 and almost walked out with my old wheels. Kevin Watts was a kind and professional salesmen and after negotiating my trade, I thought the hard part was over. I met with finance and this is when everything went downhill. The first finance salesmen spent time pressuring me to buy extra warranty and gap insurance, although he was respectful. He left and Casey R., from finance (I'm assuming he is the finance manager), comes in and tries to BULLY me into buying what I already declined. I said no more than a handful of times and he was not taking no for an answer. He was going to change the terms of my loan without telling me in his attempt to get me to purchase and when I called him out, he just tried to continue to bully me. I finally walked out because he would not leave me alone. NEVER in my life have I experienced anxiety due to not wanting to purchase extra warranty. This no HAGGLE dealership turned in to a HAGGLE over this warranty and I would NEVER recommend purchasing a car from this place because NO one should ever feel they have to purchase something they do not want. I understand it is a "sales" job and pitching is completely different from BULLYING. I never want ANYone else to experience what I did and Casey Robenson should be ashamed that he is a BULLY.

Also to note....every vehicle is equipped with the KARR security system and DataDot which adds an additional $899.00 to the total cost of the vehicle that you cannot take off. If you take this off, they will eliminate the discount price of the vehicle which is anywhere between $1,000-$2,000; a complete rip off.

WARNING..WARNING..I bought a 2016 Ram 1500 eco diesel truck from Sahara Dodge on Aug 26, 2019. I left the vehicle at the dealership to have the gear shift knob replaced and the burnt wires replaced on the knob because it wouldnt go into drive when the salesman went to bring it to me because of a short. I took the truck home on Sept 2, 2019. On Sept 14, 2019 I was driving it and it caught fire and burnt down to the ground. Sahara Dodge blew me off and I am still fighting for my down payment as of Oct 2, 2019.See you in court Sahara Dodge!!!

On 05/31/18 I had came in to this dealership wanting a quote for a small part and install on my Caliber.

I got the pricing for the part which is fine, but the install was a different story.

A Hispanic(heavyset) service agent had quoted me a BS price for an install on a small part? To me, he had quoted me some kind of shoddy and hideous hourly rate, and then he was telling me it all depends on what time of day I come by for the install price to be cheaper! He quoted me about $140-$150 to install...which is complete and utter crap to me! I was getting irritated and my voice raised a bit because quite honestly I absolutely hate going into these big names dealerships, but the part for my car was there (if I had ordered the part online from EBay I risk ordering the wrong part, etc.)

He then called over another service agent by the name of Robert Ingle. Robert helped me a lot, and he literally quoted me a flat service price of $75.00 (ish). I had told him about the hourly, etc that the other agent told me, Robert told me to dismiss that. I told Robert that me being irritated has nothing to do with him, but it has to do with what I was quoted by the previous agent...Robert thanked me for that.

I left the dealership irritated because the previous rep I felt was trying to get over on me, and not even looking at his computer to quote me a price but quote me hideous pricing for a small part install(less than 30 mins); but at the same time I was fine with the install price with what Robert Ingle gave me.

I ll come by again to purchase the part, and Robert told me to take my papers(since I took notes of our conversation) with me.

When I come back, that install price better be honored or else I m going to be heavily pissed off.

Went in to get a door handle fixed on a Jeep Liberty. Got that fixed and the service department recommended additional service on my brakes, said I only had one sixteenth inch of pad left. Said it was critical to service the brakes immediately at an estimate of $490. Went to Meineke for a second opinion, got a lower estimate but was told the brakes have plenty of pads left. The car could go another 100,000 miles without the need for brake servicing, and they showed me the pads to illustrate. Bought two Jeeps at this dealer and had plenty of servicing work done in the past, always it seemed expensive, but now they make false representation to do unnecessary work. Makes me wonder about past service work. I do not trust this dealer anymore and will not go back.

Normally when I buy my vehicles, which has been about 12 over the last 15 years; I would buy in Phoenix and LA due to the prices there being better. But yesterday, I can say I got a deal that rivals the best prices in those cities. Also, I usually dread going to a dealership because I know that I am going to end up pissed off or looking at people like they are stupid since most will try and pull a fast one on you. I can really say that for the first time in my life, I did not feel that way when I went in this dealership. They were straight forward and seemed really honest, and didnt beat around the bush. My experience with "Uncle" Jose was amazing; ive always been able to read people and he is a top-notch person and would highly suggest him and this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Unlike other dealerships, their salesmen aren't based on commission, so they aren't pushy and just very welcoming. My dad ended up buying a brand new 2018 Dodge Journey and is currently enjoying it, that's why im writing this review on his behalf. For a 7 seater car, dodge offers the most affordable selection and they gave so many discounts. I couldn't thank them enough.

Lol my chargers and Larry is awesome in the service department but they picked me up at work and cost me an hour of overtime without my Daytona being ready, and apparently didn't want my repeat business because they didn't even consider buying washing my baby!!! This is my third Dodge, upgrade every two years! There loss!!!

It was Very upsetting and annoying they didn't even bother to call us to tell us that. My husband end up getting a different truck that we could have bought over here.

we were looking for a truck and found one that my husband really liked so we decided to start with the sales guy. i really liked christopher he was very friendly and helpful went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. first off the truck we found was sale priced at 41. now i work sales and i know that when someone sees a price and it seems like a good deal they get it for that price even if it was an error. on the dealers part. it should be honered. well the owners son. who was the sales manager was not going to have that. i have never been so disappointed. he low balled us on our trade in so that he could get out of selling us this truck. i will never ever shop here and i wouldnt recommend shopping in this location ever. i do believe that in the owners best interest he let his son go. he walked around like hes better then everyone else. i have never been so disappointed. we had a written offer for this truck at 15 minutes to 9 he walked to us and told us no deal. we both have great credit and a great trade in. we thought maybe he was just tired and wanted to go home so we decied to go back the next day and the truck was now priced at 54. we had a paper with a price of 41. he would not honor the first price that we had. poor customer service. and a loss of a good sale on thier part.

Bought my truck new here 4 years ago and this place has really went down hill. Took my truck in for every check and all maintenance to this place and even sent over other to buy from them. I have no idea what happened, Takes all day for an oil change. God forbid they wash it too that's another 3 hours. Took my truck in 3 weeks ago because it was misfiring and by the end of the day no one had called me so I called a total of 4 times for someone to tell me my mechanic had left for the day. I asked if anyone else could help me, and the caller explained to me that my warranty was expired and the previous mechanic was contacting the company to see if there was anything they could do. (Totally understandable if I hadn't explained my schedule to her and let her know I needed my car that day and would wait for her call.) How about update me as this is my only day off and my one vehicle. I asked the price and said I wanted it fixed asap because I cant be without a vehicle. It was all off almost six hundred dollars, for them to repair a flipping spark plug! Whatever it what is needed and the caller said he it would take an hour and be ready first thing in the morning. Great he did his best, no fault of his. 3 weeks later I'm sitting with the same problem, why wouldn't you just change all of them or at least give me an estimate and let me make that decision. 4 years of loyalty and referrals and I'm stranded again. I'm a single mom who works 7 days a week. I don't have $600 bucks per spark plug to shell out to you every 3 weeks for parts that cost $15 bucks a piece even if I get them directly from Mopar. I'm really livid over this. You guys are awful! This was my go to place until this, even scheduled to buy my baby sister a 2019 challenger from here, had a appointment with a rep and everything. Changed my mind swiftly after this and bought one at Towbin hopefully it won't be the same experience

I called and told them what needed to be done to my car and asked if I would be charged a diagnostics fee if I told them what needed to be done and they said the fee was part of the service. And I said, "OK, but if I tell them what needs to be done, am I still charged a diagnostics fee?" and they hung up. Great customer service!

We live in LA. For three weeks we kept in contact with the dealership , but in that 3 weeks we never got final pricing and breakdown despite asking for it. The numbers that we were given changed each time an estimate was provided. Despite this we drove to try and finalize the sale. We walked in at 11:30 and walked out at 3:30 ( with the car) but not before having a few issues. We were greeted promptly and courteously but they had not expected to see us till later so the paper work wasn't complete yet. We had expressed over the phone that two charges bothered us as they differed from the manufacturer sticker. It's was explained these things were added on by the dealer/ we didn't want them as they added no value to us and in fact wanted then taken off it just priced out. When we arrived the items were still on the car ( and still are) but we were serious that we didn't want these add ons. When it came to paperwork we were handed off to an associate named Casey who was immediately short, aggravated, and did not want to hear our concerns on the paperwork nor our argument about the items we had been saying we didn't want for three weeks. Casey was huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes at us saying we didn't understand and they make the money through rebates etc... not what we are paying. I asked if they were gonna lose a 40k+ sale over under 200$ and a fee inclusion error. He had a second associate join in arguing his side. They were more interested in being right and letting us know we weren't doing them any favors by buying the car than they were in going over the errors and our concerns in order to help us close a deal- so we walked out due to their attitude. As we were leaving another associate ,Larry, asked us what was wrong and could he step into help. We explained the attitudes of the others and he took us over to the finance guy Dave and we re-did all the numbers. After confirming a few calculation criteria changes and removing a fee that should not have been added we signed the paperwork. Larry made sure The General Manager stopped by and apologized for our customer experience with Casey. All in all it was an ok experience ( for car buying) but they claim no hassle and customer service focus and I found being handed off multiple times to multiple people , being given different and wrong estimates, and the lack of ability to read a situation and act professionally by Casey ruined any ability to call this place different from any other dealership in terms of hassle/customer service. I will say that Larry/Dave/ and the GM seemed interested in making it right.... I just wish it wouldn't have had to go wrong to get that service.

I found the exact vehicle on their website that I wanted, so I called to verify it was there since I live in Northern Utah. I was told yes and they said to come down. I said I'd get a hotel room incase I made it late that day. I booked a hotel for two nights so that there would be time to work everything out. I called the next day to get information for my bank for the loan and they told me that the vehicle was sold two weeks ago. Now I have a hotel room I'm not going to use and can't cancel. Least they could do is reimburse me the $122.

Update: An internet sales manager was kind enough to call me and tell me how it was all my fault.

They dont pressure you to buy a car and they work with you and give you time. I am very sure when I am ready to buy a vehicle I am coming to this place. She told me that I had to have my fuel pumps replaced and my tank. She said that they have to drop the tanks to replace the pump. After talking to another mechanic he said my cars pumps are located under the rear seat. After looking it up online he was right. She was working me for and extra 900 bux for a job that would only cost 300

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received. I brought in a 2007 dodge Charger Sxt for a pre-sale inspection. I purchased the car based on the inspection. During this inspection they never checked the A/C and the never informed me that a A/C check was not included in the cost of the inspection which was $140.00. I brought the car back in to have the A/c check only to find out it needs a new compressor which is over $1,300.00 to repair. I spoke to the Service director who was extremely rude. He did offer a 15% ( $195.00) discount which I thought was a slap in the face. I asked for 50% off seeing as the bulk of the cost was labor and he flat out refused. I called Dodge Corporate office and they did nothing. On a positive note Kyle Mayo the Service advisor was very nice and helpful.

After visiting several other Jeep dealerships, I chose Sahara Chrysler Jeep for several reasons....I didn't feel pressured into purchasing a Jeep Cherokee, price was within my range, a reasonable offer on my trade-in, and the staff there made me feel like part of the family. If you are in the market for a new vehicle and the above reasons make it inviting for you, you won't be disappointed at all. I wasted a lot of time looking and test driving jeeps at other dealerships - do yourself a favor - save time, money and make it a pleasurable experience. Definitely a cut above the rest and what comes to mind is "A Few Good Men"!!!!

A new problem came out, my transmission is failing. Fuy to be changed for another and just want to charge depocito I do not recommend that they buy a Cheroke jeep. We were sold an extended warranty and told it was transferable and refundable if we sell the vehicle. We tried to recoup this money and went though several emails and phone calls before finding out, hidden in the small print was a non-cancellation provision. This dealership mislead us. I would read the fine print for sure if you don t want to get screwed out if you money. The sales team told us an outright lie when we bought the warranty. I would not recommend Sahara CJD.

I had a mostly good experience here. I found the car I wanted with a sunroof at a competitor, but I had such an unpleasant experience there I bought the car without sunroof here. My only complaint is that I should have fought to have the anti theft alarm removed from the car and not charged for it. They "gave me more for my trade" to offset the price because I didn't want it, but you know that's a scam. I had trouble starting the brand new car for a week after buying it and turns out its the aftermarket alarm thats causing the problem. They removed it and told me to make an appointment for the alarm company to come to my house to have a new one installed. No thank you, it clearly is screwing with my cars starter, im better off without. I would really like my money back for it, though. I'd be happy if they even gave it to me in the form of a credit that I could use at the dealership for parts or oil changes. Although I did have an otherwise good experience here, I probably wouldn't buy from here again, or any other place that tries to force you to buy aftermarket products that you don't want.

I normally hate dealerships and the grimy salesmen but I actually had a decent experience. As a woman, i already feel a bit intimidated going onto a car lot..then you have all the car salesmen run up to you, follow you around like a hound, and try to convince you to afford a car that you can't or that doesn't fit your needs just to make a sale! But after visiting this dealer and meeting a friendly saleman named Adam.. I walked out with a different opinion of car salesmen. He was friendly and down to earth, he knew his facts and seemed eager to answer ALL my hundreds of questions. He seemed genuinely eager to help get me something I liked and was affordable for ME! He was honest and realistic with me and not at all pushy. . I will definitely be purchasing a vehicle from Sahara Dodge. Thank you, Adam for awesome Service.

It was my first time buying from a dealership and will be my last. They will sell you the car they think you need and tack on an alarm system even if you say you don't want it. Karr is not a manufacturer alarm system it's after market and they will harass you until you allow them to install it. The entire experience is horrible from start to finish AND IT TAKES HOURS. If you don't allow them to put in the alarm system they will keep any money they took from you for it EVEN AFTER YOU TELL THEM YOU DON'T WANT IT. Beware they will make you go back and forth to the dealership several times and try to sell you more warranties. It's just a big cash grab on their part and a pain in the butt.

Won a TV from their flier. I never buy into these marketing schemes usually but this looked legit after reading terms and conditions. Got there and it was a bait and switch. Irritated that I had my time wasted if their ads are dishonest I would hate to see what buying a car from them would be like. After calling back to speak to a manager they couldn t get ahold of them funny because they were right up front when we walked in. Just goes to show what would happen if I needed to speak to a manager if something was wrong with my car.
