This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I was pre approved online, came in and the company who offered the pre approval changed the terms, well, the finance team here was able to get me the terms I came in expecting and got me into the truck I wanted!

I can not stress enough on how bad Service Department is. Service advisor Rob is extremely clueless and sarcastic. I have a brand new 60k suv and has been back less then a week of owning it. Have taken back 4 times same problem. Nothing fixed. STAY AWAY.

I do not recommend this place! Employees seem to dislike answering and go high when they don't want to attend.
Once I went to do an oil change where I paid 90 $ for a package with 2 changes.
The second time I was asked to do the same package, but the clerk said it did not have and the value of 1 oil change was 80 $. Distrustful of this information and dissatisfied with this service, I went to another store of the same company and getting there I was very well attended and was made the package with 2 oil changes for 90 $.
That is, an employee who does not want to answer or wants to earn more money by reporting high values.

Took my truck here because the front end was makin...

Took my truck here because the front end was making noise, they told me the front strut mount was broke. I decided to go ahead and get their Mopar lift since I do alot offroading. I got back home to Tulsa and my truck started making the same noise. I took it in to my local Chrysler dealer and they said that the front end components needed to be tightened up and something in the rear hadn't been installed correctly. I really believe that nothing was wrong initially and they just made up the BS to get me to buy the suspension lift.

So, I probably should of shared this review a few ...

So, I probably should of shared this review a few months back. I bought a new Dodge Journey at the beginning of December and just before my 30 days of owning the truck, my engine seized up (didn't even get it registered yet), right on the street, blocking traffic. So I had the dealership tow my truck to their shop and it sat there for over 30 days as they were trying to figure out the problem, then once they figured it was the engine, had to wait for approval from Chrysler. I got it out and it went right back in for another week. I have it back now, however it does not run like it did when I drove off the lot, tried to tell them that, however they said "we don't find anything wrong". The customer service is HORRIBLE. First, the service department can care less about you, they think it is all a joke . I called and spoke with my sales guy and he tried to help me the best he can and told me to talk to Deanna Cross (Manager). She was nice and did provide me with a rental car off their lot. You would think the dealership would be trying to do anything possible to help me out, pay gas or something small for this issue we went through. They tell me to complain to Chrysler since they made the product, however they sold me the car, so maybe they should of helped me out with that. The sad part is, my sales person (whom I really liked) or Deanna have not even reached out to me to this day to see how the truck is running. I will NEVER recommend or go back to them ever again. It sad that they can care less about their customers even know that is the nature of their business!

Over the holiday weekend I had the greatest experience at Sahara Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I was looking all weekend for a new car and went to every dealership under the sun and on Sahara. I tried my hand at Nissan, Toyota, MINI, Subaru, and even CarMax. Everything was looking decent, but nothing struck me as the deal of the century. It wasn't until I decided to check out the Certified vehicles at Sahara that my whole week and subsequently my whole year, would change.
I had my eye on a 2010 Kia Soul, as well as a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Both were very reasonably priced compared to the competition. However, once Yves came to help me out, my whole day changed. I was a first time car buyer, so my credit wasn't exactly where one would want it. Yves took the time to talk to me and get to know me in order to figure out the best option car wise. Sahara is a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED DEALER. Meaning, if they sell you a "Lemon," that certification is lost (See ya later 17 years of great service!) Yves let me know that they do not work on commission. And from that point forward, it showed. He wasn't about trying to sell me quick and make an extra buck. Yves did everything he could to make sure I was HAPPY and SATISFIED. He wanted to make sure that I was walking out with something I NEEDED rather than WANTED. I settled on a 2013 Nissan Sentra SV. Although a little outside of my budget, it provides me with everything I was looking for. I am a process server and paralegal. So my car is my office. Yves helped me out and exceeded my expectation. Like I mentioned early on in the review, my credit isn't great. Yves and all of the team at Sahara did everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, they could to get me financed and driving away in not only my new car, but also my new outlook not he new year. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Sahara. And because of Yves and the rest of the team, I have something truly amazing and motivating to work for to keep. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SAHARA LAS VEGAS CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE!!

I came to Sahara Dodge after visiting other Dodge dealers in the city. I wanted to make sure that I was treated with kindness and not being pushed into a car that wasn't for me. My salesman was Davion Pearson. He was extremely professional and polite. He knew the cars and how to treat me as a customer. I decided to buy my new Dodge Durango from him. I am very pleased with my new SUV. It is beautiful inside and out. It runs very smooth and nice. I know can fit my doggies in my SUV with me when I go on road trips. Thanks again Mr. Davion Pearson for all you help and for putting up with all my Scrutinizing questions. Merry Christmas.

i will never buy a jeep again! if you looking for the worst customer service and endless recalls this is the place to go. I received a recall notice which explained me i need to go to the closest dealership and and they will fix it within 1 hour, when i came there the representative told me i need to make an appointment and the part will be available only next month and he scheduled me for the repair, when i arrived after waiting almost 1MONTH! they told me it will take few hours and i need to leave the car, so i left the car for the day (no replacement car was provided). i received a phone call around 4PM from Robert the from service department to tell me i can pick it up when i get there he tells me they run out of the part and i need to call him again next week to see if the part is available, nonetheless to say i was very mad at this point and didn't understand why my time has to be waisted like that without any reasonable explanation. This is the second time by the way they do it to me with a recall issue, i had some other service issues with them before and will never go back there or buy jeep products again. very bad service experience!

No hassle or games just straight forward deal, everyone was polite and professional, I can say that for the other place that sells Dodge products and claims he's the King. I would not reccomend for sales or service. Fritz was my salesman. He was good until the deal was done, after that he couldn't be bother to help me when the dealership failed to do a proper inspection. Casey was my finance guy, real nice guy, got the deal done quick. Larry was trying to help me in service for what they messed up in the inspection, but made sure i didn't get out of there until right at 6 pm after arriving at 2:35. They fixed it, but not until after they made sure the people they were making money off of were done first. Brenda, she was AMAZING! She has been the only person who seemed to care to help me out. Today, I received a text from Fritz, pretty much stating that it must have been my fault. I have so much more but they're really not worth the time because i wasn't worth their time.

Run away from this place! If you want to be yelled and cussed out then this is the place for you. My salesman was awesome but that management team is something else. If you want all the details just read my Yelp review on this place, google wouldn t let me write everything. I thought other dealerships were bad in Vegas but this one takes the cake!

I dropped my 2016 car off for the third time for electrical problems. The first two times I dealt with Kelly and she was great. This last time I dealt with Larry. Worst customer services and a lier. Dropped car off on a Monday, called Larry on Tuesday and all he said was they havnt been able to duplicate my issues. I let him know that this is what happened last time and they had to remove the dash of my car to find the problem. He said only said they were not able to find the problem. Never once did he say I need to bring it back. I get a call and a txt the next Monday stating that they are charging me $200 for the rental car even tho in my warranty it states I get a rental and Larry never told me or called me to bring the car back in. When I get to the dealership he is just lying and lying about the whole thing. The Ast. Manger John finally told me he wasn't going to charge me. I can not believe the disrespect from Larry. So while they had the car I paid for my oil to be changed and tires to be rotated. That also comes with a free car wash. Tell me why the tires were not rotated and the car wash wasn't done. It's been a week and you guys just give up. They never even looked into the car the just drove it a few times and gave up. They need to bring Kelly back because she made sure that they did their jobs and that they tried to find out why it was happening. I am so discusted in this place.

The service department is a mess. I had placed multiple calls over multiple weeks with no return call, I even used the chat. I've had the same thing fixed multiple times and when I ask them about it it's like it's my fault and I'm a horrible person for it. I have a dashcam and they told me they had to do tests to find the problem but ended up just parking my vehicle for an hour and bringing it back out to me. Also, if you have a warranty problem and need a loaner... they don't do that, but they will happily RENT one to you.

Adding on. Vehicle wouldn't start so I had it towed in, got no rental for over 2 weeks, finally get a loaner when I am going out of town but I said no because it would use up my free loaner days. Get back to find out a part they ordered almost 2 weeks ago magically came in when I showed up in person. They told me they were going to get to my vehicle after they finished others... I have been without my vehicle for 24 days and there is no rush? Uber is not cheap, nor is renting cars. Always the runaround here. And Warantees? You pay for them but they don't really do anything.

I went in a few weeks back to get a clear understanding of the work that had be done on my 07' Patriot. Because I quoted how much I could afford to spend to Robert , he only did the bare-minimum . But he brought the price up to what I quoted by doing other things I could've done without. Therefore, I ended up paying out more for a total and COMPLETE repair than what I should've. This is the worst place to ever get a car. My husband and I got a car from there on president's day. We did everything we were supposed too to get the car. Well just a week and a half later, They call my husband to go back down there to sign papers. He gets there at about 5pm and they tell him that they have to take the car back because he needs a co-signer. We put a large down payment, signed all of the papers we needed to sign, got insurance for the car, and took the car home. They told us we were good to go. So it makes no sense that they took the car back on a mistake that they had made. When my sister in law and I called to see what the problem was, They wanted him to leave the car there without getting our down payment back. He had no way to get back home from there. He ended up getting dropped home at 8:00 at night after being there that whole time!!! Another huge problem is when we were talking to the Financial Advisor from there this lady rudely hangs up on us. We have never dealt with such horrible customer service from any place of business like The Sahara Las Vegas Dealership. Please do your research on this place before ever going here! I'm sure you will find a dealership with better customer service and people who actually know what they're doing!!!!

My husband and I bought a car for our daughter. By the way her first car .... which completely specified on the website that it was equipped with navigation system. We get home less then 24 hours later we realized the SD card was missing From the car so the navigation does not work ...::::called have been transferred to several people before I actually talked to some one on the phone that tried to help. Then when the manager in charge decided to hang up the phone on my husband. Needless to say very very poor service no respect for any consumer as far as this dealership goes avoid it at all cost. Worst place in Nevada.

So i see all these reviews and its not surprising ...

So i see all these reviews and its not surprising mostly because of the customers you wait with are very impatient cutting in line and yelling lol. The guys here are pretty straight forward and to the point. I was very prepared with all my paperwork (warranty stuff etc.) I was also very early in the morning without an appointment for a busted alternator and they took care of me. I think Sean cox was the guy that helped me. Young dude very nice. Id say if your an easy going person these people will take care of you but if your rude from my point of view i can understand why they might not be as accommodating. I didnt get a carwash which is the only bummer cus my cars pretty dirty now thanks to work being done but a good side is sean called me to tell me it was finished in the afternoon and gave my keys to the receptionist so i can pick up after service closed. All in all i had a good experience hopefully some people can learn to be more optomistic lol

Be very direct! I went in for a 30k mile check up and $1200 later my actual issues were addressed after I returned with the Jeep. I will continue to go here only because it is the closest Jeep dealership.
Be as specific as possible and document your experience, including who you speak with. Realize these guys are just in it for the numbers and that is all you are is a number and a paycheck.

Came to this place to buy a new Jeep limited, to make story short whom ever runs this dealership is trying to convince or scam the public that their price is the lowest in town and that you cannot negotiate the price because it's already discounted which is a big lie, I tell you why, after 3 or so hours of wasting my time I left this dealership and found the same SUV with same year, trim, model for 2k less at another Dealership.

Even though I knew exactly what I wanted , they insisted on wasting my time by having me sit down to see my needs and wants so they can look at my trade before I select the model, when the salesman couldn't convince me of going inside he brought the floor manager David who was really a loathsome person who only talks and never list to you (disrespectful) , when we came to negotiate the price which was way steeper than I thought they introduced me to their GM who was a complete joke he told me Sir can you buy organic milk from the grocery store do pay the generic price for it?, I just looked at away and said to my self ( what an analogy), I walked away happily without a purchase and drove straight to another dealership where I bought the same exact vehicle for 2k less!

Avoid this one, 13 or more sales people they will be waiting for you once you park, at least two will fight to get you and that's exactly what happened to me, the sales staff and management and are below mediocre , this is definitely another low end place that is trying to rip you off.

Everytime I have brought my $57,000 Grand Cherokee in for service I get it back with grease all over the door and hood. Are the techs taking baths in motor oil? I bring my wife's 40,000 Lexus in for service at the Lexus dealer and get treated like a king. Car comes back immaculate. If you want to sell high end cars start acting like a high end dealership.

Not happy to hear my $3000 Platinum extended warranty on a Certified Dodge Durango is not prorate cancable when I sell or trade my vehicle like every other extended manufacturer warranty I've ever purchased; Nissan, BMW. I used a popular car search website to find the car I was interested in at this dealership. I made contact online and set up an appointment.

The person I was originally supposed to meet was busy with a deal and was immediately helped by another sales associate. The associate was friendly and helped my install my daughter s car seat, and even entertained her. I like the car I test drove.

I told the sales associate I was interested in the car and wanted to used my credit union. The sales associate confirmed that the dealer has a relationship with my credit union and would bill them directly.

This is where things go from a great dealership experience to a stereotypical car stealership experience. The sales associate wanted to run numbers for typical car payments and came back with a sheet of paper with an out the door price and wanted me to sign to agree to the number.

Right off the bat before the F&I office (aka finance manager ), the price included two worthless add-ons for the particular vehicle I was interested in: $478 KARR security system and $189 Data Dots. Keep in mind that I didn t even negotiate the asking price, which already reflected a discount on their website. The car s security system from the factory does everything the KARR system does and more so the KARR security system is redundant. Data Dots are also redundant since the VIN is engraved or placed on multiple locations on the car. Also, insurance companies do not give discounts for this security feature .

Shoppers: Please do your own research on the KARR security system and Data Dots. It s your decision whether or not these two security options are right for your, but I suggest negotiating the price of the options.

To keep things short, the sales manager got involved and there was more negotiation of trying to get the two items removed. The stealership s stance is that they can t remove the KARR security system or window etching and that all dealers in town have those items as part of all car sales, implying they re industry standard charges.

My wife s SUV and my two previous vehicles are proof that KARR security systems and Data Dots are NOT standard/required items for car sales in this town. There are plenty of dealers in town that don t do this scheme, but will offer a security system and/or VIN etching in the F&I/finance/documentation phase.

The sales manager refused to remove the KARR security system and Data Dots from the deal so I ended up walking out.

I didn t experience the finance office, but I suspect it would ve been a stereotypical car stealership experience where overpriced protections, warranties, and insurance would ve been offered. I didn t experience the service department so for the benefit of the doubt I ll consider it at least average.

Overall, not a bad experience. It was just a stereotypical car stealership experience.

I didn't know a salesmen is suppose to call you and text you 6 times a week asking if your still interested in buying a vehicle you were only looking at. I get phone calls, text messages, and voicemails weekly. I don't answer or reply because I will call when I am ready. I've been getting harassed for almost a month now.

The service department is a JOKE! I will never recommend anyone to purchase a car from here. It's been one thing after another. I scheduled a routine oil change for 8 am on a Tuesday and was shown to the waiting area. Four hours later I have to track someone down twice for an update. Five hours later.... I'm still here! Don't waste your time with this place.
