I have never have had such a bad experience at a service department. After a week of them not answering their phones or messages, I was able to get the service department for a recall appointment. We have rental on our lease if their is a recall; however, when it came time to drop off our car the service staff said, "No." The service manager said, "No." Funny Jeep was on the phone and said, "absolutely," but they couldn't get the dealership to answer the phone either. Jeep had to speak to the service manager from my phone and tell him to give me a rental... And still he said, "No." I had to get mad and raise my voice to the service manager with Jeep on the phone listening for him to actually do what his bosses were telling him. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SAHARA JEEP EVER!!! Tony Cardaropoli is absolutely the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life.
