The Finance Manager started making jokes about ano...

The Finance Manager started making jokes about another dealership without ever 1...introducing himself or coming over to us and 2...told us a bold out and lie and 3...when we purchased our truck with a 7 year extended warranty, it was never put in the system so when we needed it last week, we found out we weren't covered although we have been paying for it!!! We will NEVER buy from them again!!!
