I wish I had read reviews before me and my mom bought cars here. I bought a "certified" used car from the lot and now they are telling me in order to do a warranty repair I have to pay $220 for a BATTERY. And to top it off $80 for the INSTALL ALONE, are you kidding, $80 to do what autozone does free for their customers all day long. They refused to fix my bluetooth even though when I bought the car I told the salesman it didnt work right away, he said I could come back any time to have it fixed since service was closed that night already. Then when I go to the dealer to pick up the car I realized I left my credit card at home, in the entire dealership they had no way to get me a mile and a half to my shop so I could grab cash, no rentals, NOTHING. One of the service guys was very nice and said if he wasn't in such a rush he would have driven me, then he asked my service guy why he doesn't just drive me in my car to get the cash and he just shrugged it off and left me to walk 8 miles home in the cold. I shouldn't have had to pay a penny in the first place, they don't stand behind their cars and there are plenty of reviews on here saying the same thing, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you want to buy a dodge, this place will take your money and run.
Very shady service department .Dropped off 2 cars here, after $3000 the car is still the same. Can't fix anything.Just lame excuses.
Parts department almost never pick up.(after 20 minutes maybe)
Save yourself money and time!!!
Take it to Towbin or Desert 215.Waaaayyyyy better experience .
One of the most painless purchases ever. Especially after a car accident it was refreshing to have a truck buying experience that was so easy! Thank you so much!
All of the staff gave my wife and I a friendly and professional experience at Sahara Jeep Dodge during the Memorial Day Event of 2019. We wanted to upgrade from a Jeep Patriot to the Cherokee. We got the exact type of new Jeep that we wanted without the usual hassle that is given by other dealerships that we have experienced in the past. But wait there is more... The after care of maintenance is what separates the boys from the men. We always feel welcomed when we come in for service and our vehicle is taken care of promptly with a sense of urgency. We recommend checking this dealership first before anyone else is considered.
Salesman didn't really know the specs of models and struggled to use a computer to build one to my spec
Always a challenge spending an annual salary, with expectations of immaculate service. But Jhaun Pabon and his team do everything possible to assure a great service experience. I am submitting 4 stars, though the exceeded 4stars, due to a lengthy wait getting my new vehicle ready. They worked dilegently to achieve this, I chose a busy day! I only bring my vehicles here for service and have never been disappointed.
Best car buying experience I ve ever had !!!
I had a very hard time with dealerships and your team made all of that go away ! They put me in the perfect car, and handled all of my financing obstacles with ease. I can t thank you all enough for my new 2018 Jeep Compass!!! I love it, and will be back when it s time for another car
Horrible service. They will pressure you and make you feel uncomfortable. They will lie about the warranty and vehicle services. In my case, they said free oil changes for 3 years, what they didn't clarify is that I have 2 free oil changes a year. In total, this place is garbage. Don't buy from this dealer, this is the worst people I have made business from, being my 4rth vehicle.
I thank you for your help and gave me great customer service even though it was a recall part i had emailed almost every dodge dealer in las vegas and no one besides Kathy replied and Christopher is in the service department he was very friendly and had or truck done on the day i was told plus i got my truck washed for free.
This was the worst experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. Absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would never recommend anyone to go to Saharah dodge. Dave smith motors is by far so much better then this terrible dealership. I will never again purchase any vehicles from them.
They lied to me, I found a good offer and said I m getting that van. I was waiting for it to come in their dealership from LA.I called to check what time I should be there and they said it is sold!!! I waste my precious time there for NOTHING!!!
Service center staff was rude and disrespectful. As a Dodge customer, I find it disheartening that I can't count on the organization to employ professional team members. Sad that a customer would suffer abuse for a simple oil change. To suffer mocking, bullying and feeling unwelcome at a Service Center is unacceptable. So disappointed in this Service Center. I will not choose them again, my recommendation is you choose another Center also.
They will let you go home with a car and it is not completely approved. They will then call you back telling you that they have a much better deal for you and need you to come back and sign for. Then make you give the car you thought you bought back. They lie and do not return phone calls. Customer service is the worst.
Better than most in the front of the house, but still a bit pushy in the back of the house.
Avoid this dealership. Learn from my mistake and go somewhere else.
This dealership is a SCAM JOB operation. I noticed a few fishy things from the start such as two representatives telling me different things, for one example one rep told me I'd have to pay to add a GPS chip and another told me it was incuded. I was told the price of the chip, but later the next day when I came back my main sales rep (who didn't know I was already quoted the chip cost) tried to double it's quoted cost. I let it and a few other things go figuring 'heck most car dealerships are probably at least a bit dishonest.'
But then came the real headache. They changed numbers on me at the very end of the deal when they shoved a million papers at me to sign -- papers that no-one would have the time to read on the spot (especially with all the fine print and legal writing). This is why the finance person 'walks you through' them and 'tells' you what each paper is about in layman's terms. The finance manager walking me through these papers played dumb and lied straight to my face. I later discovered that they removed the taxes at the end without telling me, leaving me with a $3000+ tax bill surprise when I got to the DMV to register the vehicle.
Each time I looked at a different car while shopping there they gave me a little paper-printed quote for each vehicle. Every single quote they gave me INCLUDED taxes (including the final unit I decided to purchase) And the cashiers check I went and got for them was for the car plus tax -- just like in their little quoted printouts. But they slyly removed the taxes at the very end of the deal when signing papers and plugged in a bunch of "extras" like extended warranties, services etc. that conveniently added up to the EXACT amount of the taxes that they removed -- without telling me. I never asked for these extras and when I asked about them the finance person lied and said "they come with the car."
When I realized afterwards that I was ripped off and contacted them, they dodged (no pun intended) my calls until weeks later a different finance manager admitted to their wrong doing, but said there was not much they could do and that the service contracts and extended warranties etc.(all the junk they added) was not usually refundable, but he would look into it. I'm still waiting months later because they don't answer or return calls -- at least when it involves refunds or money flowing in the other direction, back to the customer.
What happened was that when my vehicle was switched from me getting financing from my bank to just deciding to pay cash for the car, apparently that changed policy and they don't need to include taxes in the deal when it's not under loan/lienholder from a bank. They never informed me of this detail and important change. The finance manager that finally answered my calls admitted that the other finance guy that initially helped me saw an opportunity to make some money by not informing me of this change and instead removing taxes without notifying me, playing dumb and accepting the cashiers check for the same exact amount (to the penny) as the quote from before including taxes. And how did he get away with this without having to tell me, or me noticing, or requiring me get a new cashiers check for a different amount? answer: he manipulated the prices of these plugged in 'extras' to equal the amount of the removed taxes -- precisely to the penny.
This has been a months long arduous process trying to cancel these 'extras' they plugged in. I normally never take the time to leave an online review, but since this was an absolutly HORRENDOUS experience I was compelled to leave my first online review in hopes of saving others from their slimy dishonesty. I wish I would have read some reviews before shopping here.
Excellent Experience
Sahara is my first actual car lot i went to and they provided me with such great Customer service MARK made me feel welcome he held conversation as if he known me forever , and provided me with an EXECELLENT RELIABLE CAR with very low milage HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone come visit SAHARA

*BEWARE* - I'll try to keep this as short and simple as possible. My spouse and I went to this dealership with a car in mind after searching through their online inventory. Jose and Flo assisted us and at first and it seemed as though everything was going smoothly. Although, I could have done without the mind-numbing sales pitch in the beginning. There is always a hustle. We were sure of what we wanted and after a test drive we moved forward on trying to purchase the vehicle. Jose explained to us that they would be flexible on the price up to a thousand dollars. We slept on it. Over the next week they had the purchase price of the car changed on us three times. The last time we called them to close the deal we were told the price and to come down and the car would be ready to go. When we showed up the sales rep had the wrong car prepared. A car we had not even looked at once. (This was most likely one of the original sales people's fault since they had called us and offered to sell us a similar car that was beige). When the manager tried to get a feel for what was going on he threw his employees under the bus, wrote them off as being new and not having authority and took no responsibility for the words or actions of his employees.
This dealer gave us the runaround. We were lied to and inconvenienced on multiple occasions. I suggest if they want to earn the business of the community they should reevaluate how they are treating their potential customers. Until then I recommend that you go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle.
I had a fantastic experience with Aaron Fierro and Casey Robeson while purchasing my brand new car!!!
They have an online service reservation system. I needed a center console latch fixed, brakes checked and a rattle checked. Made a res 3 days in advanced and the system said I was booked. Also told me they would call if there was issue with the appointment. I arrived on time to a line of cars and total chaos. First guy asked what I was there for and I explained I had an appointment and told him what for. He said ok someone would be with me soon. Waited. Another woman approached me and asked the same questions and were given the same answers. She told me they would need to keep my car "For at at least a couple days". No one ever asked my name so I assume the reservation system was BS. There are better places to take your service and much better customers service out there. Sometime there are too many dealers in an area and some of them should turn into casinos.
I appreciate the kindness of these stores. I went to both but purchased at Sahara. I'm an elderly woman new to Vegas. I've recently lost my husband. He did all of the financial stuff. I was extremely hesitant and felt I would be taken advantage of. They were very nice and we did not debate a price. I'm thankful for the group because I had no idea what to do. I've since had my oil changes done there and my car is perfect. It's definitely helpful to have a car place you can trust.
Thanks to everyone at both stores.
We have took our Dodge Ram that 2002 to the service departmentis that was 3 weeks ago so far we have no response on what's going on with our vehicle nor no response on if it can be fixed we would like to have our vehicle fixed since they say they are specialist but the customer service is very very bad I am very disappointed and will never buy a vehicle from here ever but I would like to have my Dodge Ram fixed and returned at least give me a rental car something because we are down to one car
Hamid was the best sales person on the floor, he worked very hard for me and I give him all the credit. If I buy another car it will only be from him and I will refer people to him. Thank you Hamid!
bad service ever! People not doing their job right!
Do not buy a car from here. While the sales staff was fantastic and wonderful, the rest of our experience has been terrible. Our vehicle which we purchased in has been in the shop many times since we purchased it, for malfunctions on the vehicle. We are glad we got the additional warranty, but when we take it to the shop there is never an estimate of how long it will take, even after diagnosis, so there is no way to know how long we will be without a vehicle.
Our last service was our oil change to which added a balance, rotation and alignment. This service took two days, there was nothing wrong with our car. When they schedule appointments it's only for the case managers to put your car in the system, not for the technicians, so even when they schedule you an appointment they can't guarantee when that service will be performed. Which has never happened to me in all my years of getting oil changes and alignments. The service manager called me a liar when I stated that, and I had no proof that had ever been the case anywhere else.
If you want to buy your car here great, but if you want to receive any service from them after, please look elsewhere.
WARNING.... Dont buy a used car from this place. horrible situation we went thru for weeks.
Yves was awesome! He helped get me into a car that I could afford and was happy with. He took all the time I needed to test drive several cars, but he helped me get the one that I wanted the most, not the one that benefited him making the sale. When signing paperwork we got a little bit tight on time and he also helped expedite the paperwork for us! He's great and we will be coming back to see him for any future car needs!
Just bought a 2020 Hellcat. The dealer experience was phenomenal! Highly recommend.
I went to this dealership looking for a 2016 Ram 1500 after I had already been to two other Ram dealerships. I called one night and Yves, the Internet Manager answered with a pleasant voice. I told him I was looking for a specific Ram 1500 that I had found on the internet. He let me know that the truck was in stock. I told him I would be there the next morning, and he gladly set up an appointment with me to come in and check it out. As soon as I arrived, Yves met me with a smile and a handshake and I had already known I was with the right person. Yves had already brought up the truck I was looking for and put it under a canopy. I could already tell he really appreciated my business. He then went over the truck with me, showing me everything that I wanted to see and answering my questions as we were looking at it. He was extremely knowledgeable about the truck. He basically knew everything about it. He asked me if I wanted to go on a test drive, and I did not hesitate to ask him where the keys were. I loved the truck as soon as I sat in it, and then when I drove it, I loved it even more. Yves made me feel very comfortable about test driving the truck. I think he was able to tell that I was a little bit nervous at first to drive it, but he eased me into it and was very comfortable as I pulled back into the dealership and under the canopy. I told Yves that I wanted this truck, and we went inside to make the purchase. Yves then went over all of the training methods that he used at the dealership. I was very happy to hear that he was not on commission, and that the price of the vehicle was a no hassle price. We reached a deal in no time, and I had made the best purchase of my life. I received the best service I could have ever imagined from Yves, even as he gave me the keys and I drove away. I will not hesitate to tell all of my friends and family that they should visit Yves at this dealership when they are ready to buy a vehicle, and they will receive the best service that one could possibly get. I love my truck and Yves has let me know that his job is not done, and that I will be taken care of whenever I go back to the dealership. Yves is without a doubt the best at what he does! Please take it from me and go see Yves at Sahara Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. You will not regret it!
Great place and staff doesn't say things they dont back up service department is always on time with their promises
When I received service they assured me they wouldn't send junk mail if I provided my address. FALSE. Now I have to deal with their junk mail for the rest of my life. Terrible, deceptive company.
The team was very professional and prepared to assist. All my questions were answered, and I walked out with what I wanted. What more can you ask for?
Bought my first car here everyone was nice and helpful! JJ helped me get into a very nice car and drive it away same day! Thanx JJ and Joe! This place rocks!
These guys are horrible, I was hanged on the phone for parts, then I kept calling and calling for 40 minutes they just keep putting me in hold, I had to drive there to be attended and I kept the phone call going just to show them I was still on gold...I asked for the General Manager, guess what? Nobody even knows the guy!!! And we are regular customers of this store, everyone needs better training starting from reception and phone calls....
Best dealer experience I ve ever experienced from start to finish. Walked in got what I wanted. No BS in between. Thanks for a great smooth experience and an awesome ride!!! Thanks again Fritz!!
What a fantastic experience at Sahara. We were on a cross country trip from the east coast and started to have problems with our Ram on the way to Grand Canyon. Sahara got us right in and service manager Rob Pane was on the case immediately with his staff. They could have raked us over the coals, but didn't. They took the time to diagnose the problem and get it resolved by the next morning. Excellent communication throughout. I wish I lived out here so I could make it my home dealership. Thanks Rob and Sahara!
My wife and I went here to see their selection of Jeep Grand Cherokees. Keep in mind she was the one purchasing not me. From the beginning they would talk to me and barely look at her. Even when she told them she was the one purchasing they would still explain things to me, look at me, barely give her the time of day. Strike 1. Next, their selection of Jeep Grand Cherokees was ridiculous. We came in looking for a specific model, 4x2 Black with black interior. They didn't have it but kept telling us they could get it but we should consider what they have because it's already here. Keep in mind we came in at the end of the month so they're trying hard to make their goal. Needless to say, we didn't want a midnight blue 4x4. Strike 2. So they brought a manager out to try and convince us to go with the blue 4x4. We told him what we wanted and the payments we wanted: payments in the loww $400 range. My wife had 750+ credit and a paid off Honda Accord to trade in. They said the best they could do was $2000 for the trade and $600 range for payments with extra money down. HA! Strike 3. We laughed, we left. Went to Prestige and got $7000 for the trade and with no extra money down got her a black 4x2 with an options package for $436/month. Our salsman even let us test drive it to our house to see how it'd fit in the garage. You lose Sahara Jeep.
Have no sales experience with this dealership, but I recently brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee here for a recall fix only.
First issue - trying to set-up this appointment was difficult. They can't 'schedule' service appointments after their service department closes at 6 pm, even though the dealership itself is open until 9 and their information number still answers. Okay, not great, but as someone that typically works past 6 pm it's very difficult to get time to make an appointment during the work day.
So appointment is finally made after needing to break during my work day where I would not normally. Because it was a recall, I also had to provide them my VIN (again, okay) so I provide to ensure they have "parts" even thought the VIN has nothing to do with whether the recall even required parts. News flash - it did not. It ended up being a software update recall (which I confirmed the recall number when I first called). On the phone as I'm making the appointment they mention the time frame for this fix is anywhere from 0.5 hours to 2 hours. Seems unrealistic for software, but I digress.
Arrive for my appointment right on time at 7:30. I'm told it will likely be a "few" hours (see where I'm going with this?) and pressured about using their shuttle service. I refuse multiple times as I do not like leaving my vehicle in a place I've never been to before. Side note - I will say the waiting area is decent with a very nice coffee dispenser which is much needed for the headache I received after my service was completed. I then settle in to work while the dealership works on my Jeep.
After 3 HOURS they finally confirm my car is done. Of course, not before trying to upsell me on 3 additional services, AFTER completing a multi-point inspection I did NOT request. This already was upsetting considering I was in solely for a recall fix. Next just proves these people likely have no idea what they are talking about. They say my power steering fluid is GREEN but needs to be red. HOWEVER, my receipt says the OPPOSITE. It says my power steering fluid is red and should be GREEN. I may not be a master mechanic, but I can Google just fine. This was paid with $70 to change a filter for the cabin, and a flush of my rear differential. For a car that is only lightly driven, and is not used for heavy towing.
Long story short DO NOT take your car here for service.
My sister and I had a wonderful experience with salesman Michael Tabb! She got the car she wanted and there were no sales shenanigans, which was very much appreciated. Michael did a great job explaining everything and was very insightful.
The best of Las Vegas. I love these guys and suggest anyone should go there
They always take care of any issue I have! Going above and beyond. Whilst I wait for my service I get to check out the new Hellcats! added bonus
Isaiah was great. We really appreciated his relaxed approach to the test driving process. We never felt rushed or pressured in any way. We'll likely be back here to get both our cars.
Great experience. They took the time to help me in every way. Everyone acknowledged me walking in the door.
The best!!! Great service, great prices. Honestly no place better.
When I went to go test drive the car two of the cars weren't working and they are very rude if you're just looking and not looking to buy.
DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE SERVICE YOUR CAR. In April I took my car in for transmission problems.it took them 21 days to replace the transmission. Fine I understand they had to wait for Jeep to go okay the repairs because of the warranty, During that 21 days I worked with three service advisor, they were no longer there so I had no clue who was handling my repairs. The Service Manager who originally took my car for a test drive when I brought it in was also gone. The work they did was horrible as I later found out.
Last week temperatures in Las Vegas hit 109, I turned on the ac and it made a horrible noise and blew out hot air. I made an appointment with these guys to have it looked at. After I dropped it off I get a call from the Service Rep who told me they didn't find a problem with my car and it was ready to be picked up. REALLY? Yes, the car was blowing cold air. Okay. I picked up car and cool air was coming out of the vents but that didn't even last to the first stop light a block away. I was so angry I took the car home. When I got home the interior of the car with the ac running was 120 degrees. The outside temp was 111.
Today I took my car to Chapman's in the Auto Mall. They told me the condenser was missing bolts and there was no Freon in the unit. Because the condenser was replaced when the transmission was replaced they didn't charge me for the Freon or the bolts. Left them and my car was blowing cold air (not Sahara cold air but normal people cold air). So how do you troubleshoot a ac problem without checking the Freon? I'm not a repair guy but one would think that would be the first thing you would check.
I tried to contact the Service Manager but he never returned my call. I tried to contact the GM, the operator sent me to every other person in the place but the GM. I left a message on someone's voice mail but there was no name on the mailbox so I sure I won't hear from the GM either. I will be calling Jeep to file a complaint.
If you can, take your car to Chapman's Jeep in the Auto Mall, if you can't find a way to tow it there. These guys are beyond horrible and do not care about the work they do or the people's lives they put in jeopardy. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH SAHARA JEEP.
Waited 14 minutes with no interaction just to hear there is a 3 hour wait and I called beforehand to make sure I could get in for a oil change. Horrible service. No one even here
I got my new Charger!!!!!!! YAAY! Thank you so much for helping me get into my new car. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!! Davion Pearson I can't Thank you enough for all your help. My family will be coming to see you soon for a new car too.
Got an amazing SRT Jeep! Amazing sales/finance experience with zero pressure. Will definitely be going back for our next vehicle!
I went in there thinking that I couldn't get a vehicle because of my credit and income. Well I was surprised that I got approved. I traded in my truck. They could of given me more for it. I bought a 2013 Dodge Avenger. It was clean. I just wasn't happy that my front brakes weren't that good. I had to have them resurface the rotors. They won't change the pads as long as they are 8mm thick. I was happy with there customer service and sales people.
Wonderful. Love these people. They are kind, patient and extremely helpful.
If you re looking for a little more relaxed environment when purchasing a car or even just looking Sahara Chrysler Jeep Dodge is your place.
I originally came in approximately 3 weeks ago, from the get go I was greeted at my car much like you would expect. However it s not your typical sales gimmick of showing a cheap model then trying to close the deal with a fully upgraded one. Nor did they hide the price on two or three stickers strategically placed around the car. It s simply listed on a yellow tag hanging from the rear view mirror. I was skeptical of the price at first however over the past 3 weeks with shopping at other dealerships I saw it was fairly marked.
That s what brought me back, today I was greeted by Ari and she was nothing but smiles and made it an enjoyable experience for me. She took her time and made sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle I was purchasing (2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.) she allowed me the space to look over the vehicle as much as I wanted without pressuring me at any time. You would be lucky to have her sell you a vehicle.
I highly recommend this dealership based off the car buying experience alone, much less the great price. Also I would like to note that this dealership has the same price on the car as on their website. Not like other dealers that try to get you on their lot only to push up the price.
Ok, went to buy a gas cap for my jeep, salesman says nice Jeep want a new one. No thanks I said.
I would not a car, truck, or Jeep anywhere else. We rented a car, and drove from Sacramento to Las Vegas. Initially because of the selection and availability, but after speaking with Josh Masters, he made purchasing our next Jeep easy and hassle free. The customer service was unsurpassed, and I'm not easy to win over.
Standard car dealership pressure to buy a car by making it really hard to leave and shop around. Once I did agree to buy the vehicle, I told 5 different people that I had talked to that I'd be registering in Kansas, not in Nevada because I'm military. They still screwed up all the paperwork forcing me to register it in Nevada. Every Time I've tried to contact them by phone for various things, it's EXTREMELY hard to ever actually talk to a person. They promise to email me documents and never do. They're just very hard to work with.
Left us sitting there for over 20 minutes. Did not come back w/ price. We bought from different DODGE dealer.
If I could take stars away from this place I would. Avoid this dealership at all cost as they dont listen to what you say, and will then play 2-faced when you have issues that they are responsible for.
Rob the service advisor is pleasant to start with and is then rude later into repairs and will give false information to you as to the status of your vehicle if it is in there for an extended period of time.
Tom the Service Director told me today when I took the truck to them for issues, to take it to another dealership that will service me and that he was cancelling my Saturday service appointment.
My truck spent 54 days in the dealership for warranty work and when they could not do the repair correctly, they had to put in a new engine and made it sound like it was done out of good will.
STAY AWAY!!!
From the time I drove on to the lot. Till I left in my new vehicle. The whole staff was professional and courtious. Mark and Elmo were fantastic. They showed me the options I had and helped me make the right decision. Thank you so much, Sahara Chrysler. I will return and I will tell anyone I know looking for a car to go to your lot first.
Service department ROCKS!! Wish I could say the same for sales.... nobody who worked there when I purchased my patriot is there anymore......:(
The quality of the Dodge cars is terrible my car is only two years old and it's already giving electric problems and transmission problem. Literally the worst place, please never ever buy anything in this dealer. And besides everything I just mentioned ,
If you take your car for service be prepared to leave it there for three weeks, just you heard right three weeks for nothing.
Not your typical car sale here. Amazing customer service with honest car salesman and great management. Coming from a former used car salesman, this was the best buying experience possible. Love the new direction. Shout out to Taha, Jason and Casey for a job well done.
My wife and I have been looking at Jeep Wranglers. We know we can be very picky but we're paying so we needed to have what we wanted. We went to just about every Jeep dealership in Las Vegas. First two the people we talked to thought we couldn't buy because of our appearance so we left right away. Once we got to Sahara Jeep, Davion Pearson greeted us and helped us every step of the way. This kid found us the perfect Wrangler with all our options and I love it! Davion is very professional. He also called us a week later to check up on us to see how we were and if we had taken the Jeep up to the mountains yet. Sucks he doesn't get paid on commission because he was great!
We were in and out vey fast. The sales rep even had our car cleaned.
Very bad treatment they only press for you to sign without more options and if you tell them that you do not want them to process the loan they get angry bad experience tube
It s a very nice dealership. The sales staff is very friendly and helpful. the finance department will do what it takes to get you the lowest rates and payments you need. they have a great discount on their cars below msrp. If you decide to by a car from them they will get you in and out of there quickly. The vehicles my mom and myself purchased came with great options. The first oil change is on them. they will also by your first tank of gas. I would definitely recommend them to anybody shopping for a new car. if you decide to go there ask for Bryan S. he was very helpful low pressure kinda guy. He wasn t pushy at all. He will help you get in the right car.
The were going to charge me $140 to fix a factory recall. $140 just to walk into service! Enough said.
This place didn't return my money that's was included on the trade. The use car manager is a joke. The car that I purchase was a Subaru wrx. The front grill was repainted and didn't disclose at the time of purchase.
This was the best car buying experience I had hands down! Since I walked in the lot the saleswoman Dasia was very attentive and catered to my every need. She was quick to find me a great car and make me a great. Not only was she great but everyone else I dealt with was great from the sales manager to the finance guy they all did their part and made me happy! I honestly would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. They also have some of the best prices I ve ever seen too.
We wanted to book an apartment for service on our Canada to Mexico retirement roadtrip and Deshune Lawson did a remarkable job of driving our business away. Rather than to pass our message on to service he tried to sell us a car. A dealership is only as good as the people in it. Special thanks to the gentleman in Havasu lake city at Anderson Chrysler for their gleaming redemption.
I will choose sahara dodge over prestige dodge.
3 times that i have gone to prestige i have left. One day had a check engine light on, so i took it to prestige but i left because they didnt want to service my vehicle (i had an appointment) but they said that I would have to leave the vehicle over the weekend so they can service it (they didnt even check for the codes), I LEFT..... SAME DAY, i called sahara and asked them if i can take it so they can check the "check engine light" (no appointment) and they said "yes", I took it, they connected to see what codes came out and told me, i will need to leave it for 1 day so they can fix it. I did because they were friendly and they helped me with a loaner car. Not even the end of the day and they called that my vehicle was ready. Im sure the companies (prestige and sahara dodge) are like related but i will never go to prestige no more (even though i bought my new vehicle there)
Expect me to buy/trade in my vehicle at sahara dodge.
Robert Pane helped me. 5 star customer service!!!!
Don't trust what these people tell you. I explained my situation to who I believe was one of the sales managers and even filled out the online application. He told me that all is good and he can meet my needs. I explained that I didn't want to come down for nothing and waste my time. So I took his word for it and made my way down. Long story short, he basically lied to me and I wasted over 2 hours down there. They wanted a minimum of 6k down on a 10k vehicle. SMH! I swear car salesman's and Lawyer's are the worst.
I WOULD GIVE THEM "0" Stars! Some things never change. Still the WORST Dodge dealership in Las Vegas! Don't even bother going to Becky, her attitude is a hit or miss. When it is a miss, don't count on your car being fixed. She misdiagnosed my car (stating that the bad battery was causing the push start to be delayed) and I ended up taking it to another Dodge dealership where the issue did not even exist (great battery, no codes, and they couldn't duplicate the issue) but my car rental bill ($135) at the other dealership did when they did not find anything (the car has been fine since). The other dealership took the time to explain that I had a recall that the part was not available for yet. All services manager suck at Sahara and, don't even bother complaining they will blow you off and ask you to send it to their email instead of corporate. John who I exposed my hesitation to when I first took my truck back to Dodge in February stated to give them another chance. He seemed nice last week when I first essentially spoke to him about Becky's bad customer service but when I spoke to him today about the new concerns (misdiagnose) and the rental fee he seem to not give a $hi+. TIGH didn't even take the time to hear what I had to say, he just took John and whomever words and eventually when I spoke to him after playing phone tag was dry and unemphatic. He didn't want to hear or knew what I had been through from my point of view. Hopefully Kirk Stewart the general manager will start doing some damage control for all the complaints and choose someone else to hire for these departments. I too called him, and I am still waiting on a call back.................................................................................................................... TO BE CONTINUED
Friendly , clean and easy to get in and out of...Robert Pane in Service is the best!!!
very happy with our new Jeep Compass they help us a lot during the process.
I was very happy with my purchase I even put 5 stars !
My Jeep has some issues with the remote start and alarm and the people at Service aren t of any help, they are very rude and don t know anything about the previous services of my car, I was very happy returning to this dealership where I bought my Jeep Compass 2018, but I guess I will have to go another one.
Very disappointing customer service and my after buying experience.
S A D !
Never been here and don t even drive but omg I enjoyed the font on their sign!
My experience at CDJR was excellent. The personnel staff in the service department was wonderful. Very attentive to the needs of my vehicle. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Larry, Great Job!
Sincerely,
Rosalind Stricklen
Seem like it's a scam they have with the Service department. Took my car in with a light coming on problem. Get a call saying it could be the alternator $300 sounds like this is the line they tell you if your engine light. Next comes the call major work required$4000 wow. Would never use again try the Goodyear down the street.
