I've got the iPhone after I had to email you 12 days after the payment. After 17 days I've got the iPhone ! But Surprise ! It's a grade C refurbished, even I've paid for a grade A one !!
* Do you have an explanation for this ?

No Pin, No data cable (how am I suppose to charge this phone ?) and No screen protection- EVEN I'VE PAID FOR ALL OF THIS !

The delivery was a complete mess ! I've got 2 emails saying I've been carded because I was not at home at 10 o'clock in the morning and in the 2nd saying that the phone had been delivered !!! But I was at home and ...NOTHING !! The delivery guy went to another address ! Another street and another post code !!! And the people who are living at this address walked to my house and delivered the phone to me ! Why the delivery driver left the phone on another street and another post code in Watford ?
* Do you have any explanation for this ?

Oh, almost forgot ! In your last email to me (the one on 10/08/2018) you are saying: " Thank you for repairing your phone with us !!" Well I didn't repair any phone with you !! I bought one.
Guys, what are you smoking out there ?

I'm waiting for a GRADE A iPhone 6s, not a grade C !
I'm waiting this phone to have screen protection, the data cable and the pin as well !
ALL OF THEM HAVE BEEN PAID ALREADY and YOU DIDN'T DELIVERED THE GOODS !

Please let me know when are you gonna come to collect your grade C iPhone, because I'm not going to pay the postage, covering your mistakes under the carpet ! It was to many, not just one !
