On the 8th of October I placed an order to Quick Mobile Fix for a Samsung Galaxy S6 (32GB) and didn't receive it (shipping shoud have been 3-5 working days) because of their fault - they did not have the pearl-white phone colour which I ordered (when I ordered and paid money - this information wasn't mentioned). They didn't even offer me a different colour until I contacted them for the 9th time on 19th of October. As of 19th of October I have cancelled this order because they told me that they didn't have the colour that I ordered. So I requested a refund for the sum that I have paid to them, which was supposed to take from 3 to 5 working days (as they have informed me).

As of the 6th working day I still hadn't received the refund from them. So I contacted with The Consumer Rights.That way I received an email from this service in which they answered me, that they have spoken to their account department and confirmed that they will be issuing a full refund shortly.

However, I have been recieving letters like this one from 19th of October - they keep promising, but nothing changes. It is obvious now, that they are unreliable and ignorant to the deadlines that they set. Looking to the database of Trustpilot it seems that this is not the first time that clients are complaining about their careless service despite the effort to conceal it with quick-written, uninformative responses and constant stalling.

So with the help and support of The Consumer Rights I have finally received my money back on the 28th of October.
