Paid in full 8 days ago for an i-phone 7 and have not had a single e-mail confirming my order , have rang twice a day every day and sent an e-mail daily asking where my phone is but heard nothing from them. Have asked for my money back by e-mail and have not had a response , very frustrating as needed a new phone due to dropping mine , totally wasted my time and money so will be reporting them to the trading standards office if I have not heard from them by the end of this week. Avoid this company at all costs , they are not to be trusted AT ALL.
Updated review 07/08/18 , The reply states that in the confirmation e-mail I was told it would take 10 days , problem is they had read my original post they would knoW that I never had an e-mail from them so I did not know this , is now over 2 weeks since I paid them in full and have had nothing from them at all , avoid these people at all costs , they are lying thieves , I have reported them already to trading standards , my bank and if I do not here anything from them in the next 24hrs I will report them to the police for robbery.
