FURTHER UPDATE 9 November. I just keep getting emails telling me they are processing my refund. It has been 5 working days past the 10-14 working days that I should have received my refund for an order I originally cancelled two days after placing it on 25 September.
They are very quick to contact me on here telling me that they are looking into my refund but it has still not materialised.

Update of the terrible service on top of terrible service. Following on from my original post, see below.
I was assured that they had received back my cancelled order that should never have been sent and that they would process my refund.
"We can confirm we have received your device and it is being processed for a refund. Please allow up to 10-14 working days for this to be processed"
It has now been 15 working days and no refund received.
I say again, AVOID THIS COMPANY if you value your time and sanity.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ENCOUNTERED
This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They NEVER answer the phone and have given me the absolute runaround from the start. I ordered an ipad from them on 25/9. I realised that I ordered the wrong one and two days later cancelled the order. The law is perfectly clear on this issue that you have 14 days from receiving an order placed online to cancel and return it.
This is what has followed so far. Still awaiting a decent response from them:
25/9 Ordered
28/9 Cancelled order - confirmed by QMF
1/10 Called by QMF then emailed asking when I was available the next day. Replied immediately but no call back received
2/10 Told it was dispatched at 6.52 am
2/10 No record of APC courier having received it
3/10 Still consignment number not recognised by APC
4/10 Still no consignment number recognised by APC. Called again. No reply. Emailed. Told I would be contacted shortly
4/10 Told they were aware of the problem and that my item would be delivered 5/10 and that the information would be live tomorrow morning (5/10)
5/10 Waited all day and then courier said that QMF told them not to deliver my item. Courier company informed me that they only received my package on 4/10. Not 2/10 as QMF told me..
5/10 send email. Told I would be contacted ASAP. Called.
8/10 Still awaiting response.
9/10 Sent another email and called 4 times. Still no response.
All they have to do is ask the courier company not to deliver my package and then refund my money.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague.

They spend more time on here trying to placate reviewers than actually dealing with problems.l
