I recently posted that my order hadn't been dispatched after waiting nearly 4 weeks. (Order ID283387)

The latest update is: I cancelled the order and was advised that I would get a full refund within 14 days. 16 days later and still no refund. I have emailed them and got a response saying that it will be another month Are you joking me? What sort of company is this! They just fob you off and say they are working on it hoping that you will go way.

My advice is don t go near this company, they are a scam!!!
For info I ordered same phone from Music Magpie and got it 2 days later
