Ordered a phone on the 3/8 guaranteed to be here b...

Ordered a phone on the 3/8 guaranteed to be here by 10 days. 19 days later it arrives.wirhin 9 days the phone will not charge and they will not answer. Been ringing everyday for at least an hour each time. I have emailed countless number of times asking for them to get back to me. And to send an envelope to send phone back but nothing. Seems this is just another BACK STREET company after people's money
