Having had previous good experience. I ordered i phone 6s plus 64gb in pristine condition, I have received it today, 2nd April. way over 7/10 day delivery time. it does appear to be in excellent condition but I have had to email a number of times to get updates about delivery and was put off a number of times. Quick- fix could alleviate some of the issue by contacting customers to explain there is a delay rather than having to be chased it would also be better to stop using stock phrase off " Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused."
I am also supposed to have received phone cover sent on 27th March which has not been received.
To sum up I have a on first impressions got a very good phone at decent price but have had to wait 23 working days for. I believe that in this day and age is too long.
I was also offered a discount on accessories as apology I accepted and ordered a case which was supposedly sent out on 27th March but todate is conspicuous by its absence. I.E not delivered to date.
