Extremely angry with this group of fraudsters! it seems that they have been able to to do the same to many other people including myself. I took 90 minutes to get hold of someone only for them to give me some rubbish excuse that I couldn't go to their unit for legal reasons, saying that they couldn't guarantee my safety!
