AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a refurbished phone from this company, they said it would arrive within 5 working days, but actually took over 6 weeks, only when I chased them repeatedly by email and on the phone. The phone that arrived was the wrong colour and the screen stopped working before I had even set it up. I then sent it back within the 14 days of their refund policy and they confirmed I would receive a full refund. I had to chase them for this for over two months, despite being repeatedly told my money would be in my account within 48 hours, and only received the money when I informed them I had put a claim in with Small Claims Court. Complete shambles.
