Do not use this company. My parcel went missing on 1st May ..an ipad, & not one member of staff, Faheem, Leilah, Luke or Tori have done anything to help me. All I get is standard letters abut looking into it. No one ever calls back & my emails are not being answered now. No package & no refund as yet. I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities & am going to go there myself to sort it. Something very underhand going on.
