27.1.20 phone sent back not repaired - screen still faulty
27.1.20 emailed - no response
28.1.20 email - no response
31.1.20 responded - not resolved
3.2.20 - email - no response
6.2.20 - as above
11.2.20 - finally a response with returns label - phone sent back
21.2.20 - phone delivered to mobile fix - still no news
28.2.20 - emailed again and initiated a live chat & was told my replacement phone MIGHT be shipped between the 3rd and 5th of March.

This will mean 3 months and still not resolved.
