Working with Julie Woodle was the absolute most stress free, efficient, and best home buying experience I've had. This was our first out of state purchase, so I was very nervous about the process. Julie was SO amazing. She never made me feel like I was wasting her time, and she only sent me homes that she thought would work for me. I felt like she knew me from our first conversation because she actually listened to what I was looking for. She found the perfect home for us even quicker than I expected, and she never dropped he ball along the way. From the minute we went under contract she was there to explain, and follow up on every document, and negotiated the perfect deal for us. I cannot say enough about her knowledge, efficiency, follow through, and general awesomeness. I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs you may have. I know we will definitely use her again.
