We are moving from Texas to the Denver area and started working with Dina Piterniece several months before we were even ready to buy a home. She showed us so many houses in different areas of the city so that we could narrow down where we wanted to live. When we were ready to buy a house we came back to Denver for a week and Dina spent so much time showing us houses and helping us think through the things that were really important to us. We didn't love any of the houses we looked at that week. Over the next few weeks, Dina would tour houses and FaceTime with us so we could see the house and ask her any questions. She was so so patient and spent time every weekend visiting houses. She was always helpful and readily available for us. When we finally found our dream home she helped us put together a strong offer to ensure that we would get the house. Dina is incredibly knowledgeable and a great negotiator. Since we went through the whole home buying process from out of state, she went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly! We would highly recommend Dina!
