I don't often take the times to write reviews, but Rose Wickwire of Porchlight went above and beyond to help us both buy and sell a house. She helped us negotiate a better price on a home we were buying, followed up relentlessly on countless details, used her extensive experience, research and knowledge of the market to help us find the perfect house for our needs. In selling our house, Rose was on top of so many details to help us prepare our house for market, communicated promptly, made sure all of the numerous pieces in selling a house fell into place, and gave great advice and carefully considered our input. Because of Rose's excellent input and guidance, our home sold quickly and 25% over asking price. She also is lovely person to work with, just a thoughtful, enjoyable person too! I would never use anyone else now that we have met Rose.
