I was referred Dudley Clark about three years ago. At this point I was not sure when I was able to make my purchase. Dudley I must say is as professional as I can ask for. As someone who works in retail I have high expectations. Dudley had great knowledge of the different Denver Neighborhoods and always gave us a clear list of pros and cons of every property we looked at.

When we found a home (new build), Dudley was very good with the builders and represented me with passion and and vigor. He got the builder to fix the punch list provided. Dudley saw things that I would have missed since he has done so many walk throughs in his experience.

Dudley was especially helpful when I notice my new landscaping was dying. Dudley personally purchased a garden hose and watered the plants while I was out of town. It was nice to have some one I could trust and was looking after my best interest through out the transaction.

Dudley also helped me sell my condo. He gave clear instructions on how to get top dollar for the unit. During the walkthrough he helped point out what buyers are looking for. With Porchlight staging and some fixes, I managed to get top dollar for my unit. This was higher than all the comps. The transaction was quick and painless.

I must say that Dudley was awesome. I would recommend him to all friends and family.
