Great network of folks to help us through the process including the very best people for inspection, financing and title etc.
This guy is also a negotiation master!

You should be working with Erminio - He is thoughtful, super knowledgeable of the area and think through all potential challenges in advance. At the last minute he even worked with us on a bridge loan we did not expect we needed due to quarantine concerns. Just the very best!
