Art helped my Husband and I buy our first home a couple years ago he listened to what we wanted and we were able to find our perfect house for an amazing price. Fast forward a couple years our family has grown and what we thought was a perfect home turned into a crammed home. We knew it was time to sell our starter home and this time going in we knew exactly what we wanted. We made the call to Art cause how could we go to anyone else? He had guided us so greatly the first time around we knew he was the guy! He helped us prepare for selling answered every single question I had, made every concern of mine fade away. He sold our home within the first week of being in the market! We then began searching for our forever home and we knew he would find us the perfect house! We found it and Art began negotiations we wanted this house so badly but what Art managed to do was actually have our offer excepted UNDER ASKING PRICE! We could have went with anyone but Arts expertise got us EVERYTHING we wanted which in a sellers market which isn't the easiest!
