My husband and I worked with Eileen McNamara on the sale of our home in Wheat Ridge and had nothing short of an amazing experience. She was extremely thorough in her research of neighborhood comps and worked with us up until the last minute possible to make sure we were 100% happy with our list price. Her strongest attribute was her level of communication - she was available at all hours to answer any questions we had. After we went under contract we ran into some issues with the sewer line and she went above and beyond finding us the best quote for the repair.
