What can I say but WOW! JAY ROSSI with Porchlight really made it easy for me to buy my first home! He was always there when I had questions. His communication was outstanding and so was his attention to detail. He had really good advice and never influenced my decisions other than giving me the pros and cons. In a fast paced market like Denver a buyer has to react very quickly. Jay was amazing at pointing out both sides of the story. He really does his homework, and with his back round of being a real estate appraiser he brings a lot to the table. He genuinely listened to me and my needs to find that perfect fit. Porchlight is one of the last mom and pop shops left, and I always felt like I received that personal touch from them. Jay's team kept in touch with me and made sure all my needs were being met. Rain or shine Jay was there for me, and as emotional of a roller coaster buying a home can be he kept me centered. Jay really took the stress out of buying my first home. You will be hard pressed to find a better realtor, A+ rating from a raving fan!!!!
