We had a fantastic experience with Nilmini Hecox at Porchlight. We got solid advice from her on what to do to ready our home to go on the market (all within reasonable cost and effort), and then when it was time to list, she hustled to make sure there was plenty of buyer traffic. House sold in just a few days for above ask, and the closing was a cinch. She really did a great job!
