We were very fortunate to meet Dina Piterniece at an Open House over 2 years ago. We knew we wanted to move to Colorado from Texas but not sure about which area. Dina was patient with us and listened to our needs and would show us homes whenever we were in town until we found our home. Dina stuck with us for over 2 years before we were able to finally close on our new home in Colorado. Dina is absolutely amazing and the utmost professional. Dealing with a home builder can be overwhelming sometimes but Dina was always there and willing to step in to support us every step of the way and for this we are so grateful! I would recommend Dina to anyone that may have real estate needs in the Denver area!
