Tammy Morran is a true professional and made the sale of our home an absolutely stress-free experience. Right after the birth of our second baby we had an unexpected job change and had to move out of state before putting the house on the market. Tammy stayed in touch almost daily and coordinated everything from working with the warranty manager to meeting with cleaners, contractors, and painters. She even got our mail and offered to have the snow shoveled!

When it came to the sale, Tammy was a firm negotiator. We received over asking price even though it was listed over the holidays and there was a sudden influx of comparable homes on the market. Tammy held open houses every weekend and it was sold within 3 weeks. It was amazingly simple.

Porchlight is a great bang for your buck because they include professional photos, staging and cleaning which made a huge difference in how our home showed. It looked like a decorator magazine!

I can t say enough good things about Tammy. She took care of every small detail and I felt like she was on our team every step of the way. She is awesome.
