Working with Sandra was an amazing experience for my family (wife, infant, and dog). We moved across the country from Virginia with a very tight timetable and from the get-go Sandra was on top of things. Even before we asked, Sandra took it upon herself to go view properties on our behalf and took notes on each while sending them to us in Virginia. It really made long-distance searching easier.
When we finally made it out to view properties in person, we had 1.5 days and Sandra was able to line up 14 properties for us to view without any problems. By the end of the first day we knew which property we wanted and Sandra met us at our hotel the next morning to go over the contract and to submit our offer.
Everything was does expeditiously, and she explained everything throughout the entire process. She was amazingly responsive and helpful and even put up with some odd requests.
She stayed with us through closing and has even stopped by a few days later to check in and see how we were settling in not only to our new home but to our new state. She made moving across the country a breeze.
