Researched online, and called up to place the order, and got a discount to boot, nothing too much, but the price was already competitive. Cristian the salesman met all our requirements and organised delivery and fitting of our washer drier. This was delivered and fitted within a two hour time slot, really outstanding service. The delivery driver was very good as well, and personable something that is commonly lost in this day and age.

Ordered a fridge freezer by telephone, so easy and the sales person very polite and efficient. An extra bonus was a discount I didn't know about. Agreed a delivery date and as promised a text and email to confirm the time. The van was half hour early which was not a problem. Both driver and mate were very polite and cheerful. After ordering my fridge freezer which was not in stock but said on website will be delivered in 8-14 days. I ordered on the 12th Sept, on 23th September they emailed me to let me know they have no idea when the manufacturer will have it in stock (this is not even them yet, it would have to come to them from manufacturer and take several days to arrive with me after that). On the 26th I have called to clarify when I will be able to get my fridge to which they gave me a load of alternative options (again), the woman I spoke to - Zoey - got very heated, loud and rude with me as I persisted to ask for an answer of when should I expect it, to see if it will come in time for my kitchen, or if I need to cancel. It was obvious this woman was losing her temper because she knew the company were in the wrong and unable to answer questions they clearly should have known. This was one of the poorest customer service experiences I have had and it has robbed me of time to get a fridge on schedule. To this end I requested my refund and will not be dealing with this company again.
Great service and communication. Goods were delivered by 2 very pleasant delivery drivers even though it was 8am in the morning and they had been on the road for around 4 hrs. Fridge/Freezer does exactly what it should keeps stuff cold and frozen. Would have no problem using again.
Bought an oven and a washing machine and unfortunately both were faulty and cannot be used. Sarah from mark's electronical was brilliant, arranged engineers and collection and replacement the next day.
Called at midday - got the oven I wanted from stock, delivered, installed and old one removed by 10.00 am next day. Quick, efficient, value for money (and local, not superstore).

I am very disappointed and feel let down by the service I have received by Marks Electrical. I placed an order over two weeks ago due to the fact that Marks Electrical is local to Leicester. I was told that there would be a lead time for the items to arrive however this timescale has been changed over four times now, with the latest change to delivery dates for appliances to now arrive at the end of the month, this is totally unacceptable! I expected more from Marks Electrical but sadly not, I have not even received a phone call to inform me of the delays nor have I had an apology. As a customer I would think the minimum level of customer service is some form of communication by an actual human this would be the true reflection of a professional company. What a total waste of time thinking that. I only hope I get my money back and it refunded, or will it take another twenty or so phone calls to get an answer or plenty of excuses?
So far, I'm very disappointed with Marks Electrical. My delivery due this morning was cancelled due to a breakdown. I phoned up to arrange delivery tomorrow morning, and expected to be notified of a time tomorrow. This has not come & thus far there is no way of knowing what part of the day I have to arrange to be available for. Doing this for 2 days on the trot is difficult enough, even if I had been given a delivery time. I'd try Appliances Direct next time, as they were faultless when I used them.

Super company to deal with. Fisher Paykel Fridge Freezer purchased at a much discounted rate in comparison to other retailers and the product was available for immediate delivery. Excellent customer service on the phone and the delivery staff were extremely friendly, polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience.
Had the item we wanted at a good price and were able to deliver really quickly. The two delivery guys (Curtis and Glenn) were here at the time they said, removed our old appliance and delivered the new one with a minimum of fuss. Have already recommended Marks Electrical to others.

Truly shocking service service left my wife in tears. We have been waiting weeks for a freezer to arrive and on the day we moved all our frozen food into cool boxes and left the old freezer at the front to be collected as requested. Only for them to not deliver as they got our mobile number wrong. Then said hey would deliver the next day - bad enough! We had been waiting in all day until then so took the dogs for a walk only to return with messages they tried to deliver 10 minutes ago - they obviously don't talk to each other. Then after more phone conversations where they refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes, cancelled the order saying its best if we take our business elsewhere, leaving my wife in tears. I've never had such poor customer service and rather than try and make things right, they made it so much worse. I can't imagine they will be around for much longer with such a poor service
Samsung tumble dryer 5 stars all round from the sales man Kevin and the delivery Guys Craig and Nick, all 3 of them a credit to Marks Electical, the dryer was 10% cheaper than any where else including a 5 year waarranty, Very Happy
Really nice new showroom. Ordered a new cooker hood online and the whole process was easy. Free collection in store too. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They even dropped it off to the car. We have ordered our oven, fridge- freezer and washing machine from marks electricals and now don t think we would go anywhere else! We have had nothing but 5* service from them at very competitive prices- what more do you want? When ordering our oven we had searched high and low for a particular model. We had been told by John Lewis that it could take 3 months to get it in stock but they may have a delivery that week- they couldn t tell us prior to payment! So I called Marks electricals who immediately called their supplier, confirmed that they could get the oven that week for us AND it was cheaper than on AO and John Lewis. The delivery drivers have been punctual, helpful and professional each time. Couldn t fault them. 5* service all round.
Ordered a washing machine. Was text night before delivery machine is coming next day between 7-9. Had no contact so I called them when it hadn't been delivered. Rude customer services. Told me I had to pay to take my old machine away. I don't have an old machine didn't select this service and why would I need to pay 2 times to have a delivery. Was then told refund would take as long as the new delivery. Very disappointed wish I would of paid more and got the good service.

We had a couple of issues with the purchase of our dishwasher, for which I originally gave a 3 star review. The Customer Services department took it upon themselves to investigate and resolve matters. I have now updated my review to 5 stars in recognition of their efforts.
Started well, ordered and received range cooker, Wok burner out of stock and would be forwarded asap. 8 months later after another phone call it's now on its way. It's took 30/40 phone calls to get this far. They seem to take your money then don't give a damn. Extremely poor customer services, well-versed in fob off and couldn't care less.
Brought a TV from them, Stating 5 Year manufacturer warranty, when The TV wasn't working found out from manufacturer it had only one year warranty and not 5 year, then marks Electrical gave me another number to contact for the remaining four year warranty, the warranty company took the TV after a week of my call, then called me few days after, stating they can't repair the TV marks electrical will refund me, i had made around 15- 20 call for the refund since 1st February, today is 15th February no TV no refund not even one call back from Mark electrical to explain, last week i had to make a visit to Citizen Advise for this mater, now in the process of taking marks Electrical to claim court to get my money back for the TV that the warranty company took and paid Mark Electrical, these people have no sympathy towards people, my children spent many days without TV and not even one phone call yet to explain whats happening.
Wrote on 18th February I have paper work for TV Advertising 5 year Manufacturer warranty, customer service promise to call on the 17th, received no call yet, and today is 18th.
Re Wrote on 23rd February i sill haven't received call from Marks Electrical to say or replied to my recent emails to when i will receive my refund for the TV, I just want someone from Marks Electrical to call me to say they will process the TV refund to me by a date, these people have no shame in the way they are dealing to refund money.

re wrote 28th February 2017 Finally i got a call from Marks Electrical to refund my money for the TV, over a month i waited for a call from them or response to refund for my TV was correct from warranty, called them 15 -20 times and emailed 15 times no reply to any calls or email.
Finally they called to say they had the money from warranty company after a month of waiting, no shame in these people, do not care or any sympathy to consumer.
I ordered a washing machine and it arrived well announced by the courier and in one piece. He kindly left it under cover until I could move it to its new home. I would happily use Marks Electrical again.

My first order with Marks Electrical. Ordered a 90cm Dual Fuel Range Cooker online over the Easter holiday weekend - was looking for this specific item and found it with them at a competitive price. Received email confirmations with the date of delivery almost immediately. A day before delivery received an email with a specific 2 hour window for delivery, and the driver called 30 minutes before delivery to let us know he was on the way. All worked to clockwork precision. The delivery driver Shane Allen was courteous and delivered to the location we asked for it to be delivered to. So, all good.
Thank you for helping my elderly mum. The email the day before gave a two hour window advising when the freezer would arrive, the driver phoned 30 minutes beforehand and he turned up promptly. He helped by putting it where she wanted it and advising how long it should stand before being used. He was courteous and polite and she was delighted with the service. I ve been disappointed with the service of Marks Electrical. I ordered a Dishwasher and Dryer in early October. I was getting regular updates via email every week the date for the dryer, which seemed to be pushed back by a week every email.
Eventually it came to December and i called up and said if the dryer is not coming back into stock, please just let me switch it. By now washing was piling up for my wife who is on maternity leave trying to keep up with washing for 2 kids under the age of 3!
Giving it two stars because once i switched my order the delivery was very quick and the delivery driver was helpful, otherwise this would be a one star review. Overall NOT impressed!

If it was possible to leave 0 stars, that would be the score. We ordered an American Fridge Freezer . The delivery team left us with the fridge not plumbed in, the door handles not fitted and the water supply cut off for the night. They left us promising that it would be rectified first thing in the morning. At lunchtime I called their customer services who had no record of this and no idea that we were left without water. Eventually they sent someone out and rectified the plumbing issue but left us with uneven door fitting on the fridge. I asked for a partial refund of the delivery charge and was told ' the fridge has been delivered hasn't it?' ...so no refund was offered. Sadly I had ordered a tumble dryer at the same time ( I should have cancelled this order). They appear to have forgotten that I had ordered the dryer and I had to prompt them to find the order and arrange delivery. I called their Customer Services Manager and relayed the whole sorry tale. She promised to investigate and come back to me. No call has been returned after over a week. We had dealt with Marks Electrical before.... Never again !!
Delivery was superb - my freezer arrived the next day, at the scheduled time, by two superb chaps. Unfortunately the freezer itself appeared to be a second which had been repaired - see photo. Also, where the repair had been carried out, one of the holes needed to reverse the door had been filled over.
Marks Electrical asked me for photos, which I sent in. An hour later I called them to ask if they had looked at the photos; they told me they hadn't had a chance to view mine yet, even though they hadn't asked for my name or reference number so I'm not sure how they knew who I was.
I was assured that they don't sell seconds or repairs; while I am not going to publicly doubt this, I can't see how this could possibly be the case given that the freezer had been damaged and consequently repaired.
I am still waiting for Marks Electrical to review my photos, I will update this post accordingly should the situation improve.

Ordered an Indesit dishwasher online on Thursday from Marks Electrical. Chose a delivery date for Saturday. They kept me informed by text and email throughout. Mark and Steven delivered (before the alloted time but they phoned beforehand to tell us they were early) and were efficient and helpful. Free delivery and the best price for the machine. We had an absolute nightmare experience buying a dishwasher from Marks Electrical. First two were faulty and the third one was installed incorrectly. The delivery men would call at 6.30 AM and arrive 6:45 and then do a shoddy job with the installation. Poor customer service with no apologies: they rather treat you as an inconvenience. It took three months to finally get a functioning dishwasher. Best to avoid this company and go with a more trusted one.

I've never used these guys before. My usual supplier had no stock of the item I wanted (I'd previously seen it at their shop) so had a quick hunt around for someone who had stock. I rang them and it sounded like the guy was looking over his shoiulder to see his stock! One left, bonus! Price including delivery. I reluctantly gave my card details over the phone. Seconds later, confirmation email, then an invoice, then delivery information followed a little bit later with warranty registration details. Overall, very efficient. The dishwasher arrived next day. I will use them again and certainly recommend them to anybody who asks.
From the website to a phone call - absolutely blown away by the fantastic service we've received. The website is so easy to browse, and you can tell they took the time to create one that is meant for the consumer to use and search for what's important to them. Thoroughly explained videos, so you can make a more informed decision when shopping online. This level of detail is typically missed, but not here.
Upon calling, the salesperson (Chris) was uber helpful, also very knowledgeable about their products and what was on offer. Extremely courteous and helped us to get our range cooker ordered right away, with no fuss. Honoured the price match promise and set us up for Next Day Delivery. There really aren't enough adjectives to describe how simple and non-stressful this process was. We will recommend anyone who asks, as this is what really speaks about a business. Service from start to finish was great. Friendly and efficient and they kept me updated throughout. The guys who came to deliver (Craig and Nick) were very friendly and felt very sorry that they had to lift one of the heaviest washing machines I have ever seen up some flight of stairs and through a tight hallway - props to them!
