Thank you for helping my elderly mum. The email the day before gave a two hour window advising when the freezer would arrive, the driver phoned 30 minutes beforehand and he turned up promptly. He helped by putting it where she wanted it and advising how long it should stand before being used. He was courteous and polite and she was delighted with the service.
