Unreliable, rude and no-idea what they are doing.
After ordering my fridge freezer which was not in stock but said on website will be delivered in 8-14 days. I ordered on the 12th Sept, on 23th September they emailed me to let me know they have no idea when the manufacturer will have it in stock (this is not even them yet, it would have to come to them from manufacturer and take several days to arrive with me after that).
On the 26th I have called to clarify when I will be able to get my fridge to which they gave me a load of alternative options (again), the woman I spoke to - Zoey - got very heated, loud and rude with me as I persisted to ask for an answer of when should I expect it, to see if it will come in time for my kitchen, or if I need to cancel. It was obvious this woman was losing her temper because she knew the company were in the wrong and unable to answer questions they clearly should have known.
This was one of the poorest customer service experiences I have had and it has robbed me of time to get a fridge on schedule.
To this end I requested my refund and will not be dealing with this company again.
