So far, I'm very disappointed with Marks Electrical.
My delivery due this morning was cancelled due to a breakdown. I phoned up to arrange delivery tomorrow morning, and expected to be notified of a time tomorrow. This has not come & thus far there is no way of knowing what part of the day I have to arrange to be available for. Doing this for 2 days on the trot is difficult enough, even if I had been given a delivery time.
I'd try Appliances Direct next time, as they were faultless when I used them.
