We have ordered our oven, fridge- freezer and washing machine from marks electricals and now don t think we would go anywhere else! We have had nothing but 5* service from them at very competitive prices- what more do you want?
When ordering our oven we had searched high and low for a particular model. We had been told by John Lewis that it could take 3 months to get it in stock but they may have a delivery that week- they couldn t tell us prior to payment! So I called Marks electricals who immediately called their supplier, confirmed that they could get the oven that week for us AND it was cheaper than on AO and John Lewis.
The delivery drivers have been punctual, helpful and professional each time. Couldn t fault them. 5* service all round.
