Our furnace installation went great! Cheri was very friendly and clearly explained all our options for a new furnace, and Tim did an excellent job installing it quickly to make sure we weren't without heat for too long. Would definitely recommend them.

I had a technician at my house who was not clear on how much the job would cost or if he could do the job. He gave me a price. Of $900 and that he was getting the part. He then said the part was going to be $1100 because the part he quoted was not available. He then showed up and spent about a half of hour removing the old toilet and installing the new one. After he was done he handed me a bill for $1300 and said it was because the toilet was higher than the original toilet but when they were in the hallway togeather they were exactly the samehight. After he left two weeks later we had a bad smell coming from our bathroom and our hallway. Another technician showed up and said the toilet was not installed properly. They had me replace a peace of plywood twice because they said that was the problem. The truth of the story is both technicians used tha wrong toilet ring and finally installed the proper one, however it left a damaged floor in my hallway and foyer. I showed both technicians before they left and had them note it on there paper work and after contacting I still haven t had any response or resolution on what s going to be done with my floor.

Professional sales and installation. I have been using Service Experts for my HVAC and plumbing work for more than 10 years now and have always been impressed with their work. They are courteous and work hard to be sure that you are completely satisfied. I recently purchased a new furnace and AC system to replace my aging units and am extremely satisfied with the entire process. Dontrail Antoine was our service representative today. He arrived on time, did his complete inspection, and reported all his findings to my wife and myself. The man is amazing, his knowledge of my system, his way of handling himself were above and beyond expectations. No one, in the more than 35 years since we have had the system, has been as courteous and considerate as Dontrail. I commend him on his ethics, and how he did his job. We are older adults, and he took the time to sit with us, explain all his findings, and made us comfortable with all his actions. I hope anyone that does business with him, will have the same experience as we did. What a Gentleman.

Diego did a thorough and very competent job servicing our heat pump system. I especially appreciated his technical explanation of his analysis of the electrical and mechanical condition of the system. He was polite, careful and efficient.

The Tech who came to my home was VERY GOOD, however the company price gouged me for a filter. The cost from them was $95.00 , price on amazon for a TWO pack is $31.89.So be advised BUY your filter up front before they come to do maintenance on your unit.

Just had a hvac system installed and ernie and ethan were great. Really knew their stuff.The salesman, anthony was top notch. Have had these guys since we bought the house (20 years) and no problems.

Edit. I wouldn't trust their call center after hours to give you good information but in the end they made it better.

Bob the technician from Roland J Down was on time (what a pleasant surprise; I hate waiting for service people who tend to not come until the last second of the scheduled range). He did a great job trouble shooting a problem with my humidifier solenoid and found a fix that saved me considerable money. Great job!

I think if it wasn't for Adam I would have been pretty upset with service. It took 5 times to get the hot water problem fixed ( at least I think it's fixed, time will tell ). Adam came everytime I called him & did his best to resolve the issue, never making an excuse for failure to resolve the problem, instead he figured out what the issue was and hopefully it's corrected. Your lucky to have a dedicated, honest & loyal employee.

This company has knowledgeable techs, is on time, does quality work, has helped me out in several emergencies, and its annual maintenance contracts are worth it in keeping your equipment in top running order.
