Truly shocking service service left my wife in tears. We have been waiting weeks for a freezer to arrive and on the day we moved all our frozen food into cool boxes and left the old freezer at the front to be collected as requested. Only for them to not deliver as they got our mobile number wrong. Then said hey would deliver the next day - bad enough! We had been waiting in all day until then so took the dogs for a walk only to return with messages they tried to deliver 10 minutes ago - they obviously don't talk to each other. Then after more phone conversations where they refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes, cancelled the order saying its best if we take our business elsewhere, leaving my wife in tears. I've never had such poor customer service and rather than try and make things right, they made it so much worse. I can't imagine they will be around for much longer with such a poor service
