We had an absolute nightmare experience buying a dishwasher from Marks Electrical. First two were faulty and the third one was installed incorrectly. The delivery men would call at 6.30 AM and arrive 6:45 and then do a shoddy job with the installation. Poor customer service with no apologies: they rather treat you as an inconvenience. It took three months to finally get a functioning dishwasher. Best to avoid this company and go with a more trusted one.
