Bought a dishwasher from here and the staff all seemed very happy to help. They allowed a guy to take in his own collection of blu ray films to test out on different players before he bought one, he was there for ages and they weren't rushing him or anything! Great stuff. The guy helping us with our purchase was just as helpful and even offered to take away our old unit for recycling free of charge. Always competitive on price as well!

Excellent, bought a model specific dishwasher for here in Spain, the sales staff explained why 'click and collect' was not an option. Gave me another way round it, the delivery was made exactly on time, to my daughter, the van collected it from her within hours and it's on its way to the Costa Del Sol.

Amazing service from the online purchase to the delivery drivers.
They got the old machine out and new machine in, in a record time.

Disgusting behaviour and awful service
Driver made inappropriate comments to my partner as well as other issues. Avoid.

Ordered a washing machine, 3 weeks of saying its due in any day i give up and order a different one. A week later it is due for delivery between a 2 hour slot. The driver then harasses me via calls text and voicemail an hour before and then says he isnt waiting a minute past the start of the delivery window, which was fine. Next thing my girlfriend is calling in tears saying he has made inappropriate comments and then asked if he could come in for dinner. My partner has aspergers and this is absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Left this review on trust pilot and they felt the need to reply to it bit still no reply to me about the above.

Excellent service from Marks Electrical. Free delivery on Sunday is unusual. Neil Fox and Ian Betts who delivered were great, kept me informed regarding the delivery time. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent!
From the start when I placed the order, right through to the delivery of my tumble dryer, everything went nice and smooth and they kept me well informed along the way. I like the fact they give you a 2hr time slot the night before delivery and then the driver called around half hour before delivery on the day, that's just brilliant, saves you waiting in all day wondering when it's gonna come.... These guys have got it right!
I also found Marks Electrical much cheaper than all the other major retailers of kitchen appliances (even the likes of appliances direct and AO!)
My only gripe would be that although my item was showing in stock they were unable to offer next day delivery, with the earliest option being 3 days. Having said that I would much rather be told 3 days than being promised next day and then it not turning up lol.
It's perhaps a bit unfair even mentioning that because to be honest everything was absolutely spot on: Price was great, ordering was easy, communication was excellent, delivery driver was polite and helpful, and my item was delivered exactly when promised, what more could i ask for?.... Thank you team Marks Electrical!

Where do I start? I live in a maisonette in London and after having deliveries refused twice from AO I cancelled the order. Wouldn t have minded as much if the sales guys at AO were just honest in saying it couldn t be delivered.

Cue Marks Electrical. After describing the job in hand they sent possibly the two best delivery guys in the business - Kieran Smith and Ian Askew. Not only were they great guys but the job they did was incredible. Took a couple of doors off and popped it in the kitchen within 20 mins. Even cleaned up the front drive.

I will be looking at getting all my electrical from Marks purely based on the resounding customer service from beginning to end.

Fantastic service with free two day delivery, a two hour time slot and good price. Delivery driver was polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely use Marks Electrical again.

The worst company I have ever dealt with DO NOT buy from this company if you want to LOSE money have your tradesmens vehicle damaged and stay in for hours for a delivery that doesn t come.
To then receive the most appalling customer service in the week and a half following.

Not the case. Cooker dumped at front of house by one man delivery. Customer services extremely unhelpful. Not recommended.

1st time we purchased from Marks Electrical and we are amazed with their service. Bough a washing machine on Saturday lunchtime and it was delivered for free next day, on Sunday morning by 7:30 AM.
Easy to order and pay on their website and kept updated about the progress of the order. Also the price of the product was cheaper than anywhere else.

There was a very helpful advisor called Ed who did everything and more to provide me with information I needed before going back to double check all the recess measurements before making a purchase.

Really good service. Ordered appliance on Friday evening and got confirmation e mails immediately. Next day was informed of delivery time and arrived bang on time the following day. Delivery driver was very courteous and helpful and brought in appliance.

Nobody looks forward to the day of the washing machine's demise, as it usually happens at the most inconvenient moment (cue bags of washing to various friends). But once the inevitable did happen I started the usual "research" on line. Then having shortlisted a few machines I suddenly remembered my local supplier Marks! After a few moments on their website, comparing machines to check they had the required programs I started the purchase process, which was very intuitive and I had placed my order in a few minutes. It was great to be able to leave specify instructions regarding delivery (I needed delivery to the rear). I was allocated a two-hour delivery slot (on a Sunday!) and received a call half an hour prior to actual delivery. The service all-in-all was great and so is my fab new machine. I went for the Hotpoint HULT943PUK and I am well-impressed. It's sooo quiet! Cheers Marks!

These lot are excellent when making the sale and taking your money... Who isn't! but absolutely appalling when it come to aftersales and care...
SOME PRODUCTS MAYBE DEFECTS AND PROBLEMS ARISE AFTER SOME USAGE.. Any problems and they'll fob you of to the manufacturers even when they sell you extra 5 years guarantees.
Our 2 month old rangemaster was sold with imperfect cooker plates for a start which was resolved after having to complain and now it is letting off a seriously hazardous smell similar to paraffin which is also stinging the eyes and all I've been told is not to use it until I've spoken to rangemaster on Monday (it Saturday today)
So now more expense added to the cost of purchase price because all food will have to ordered via takeaway...... This is not acceptable when purchasing reliable well branded items

I purchased a Miele dishwasher from them to be delivered and installed... I didn t inspect the machine as they said not to worry because I had 48 hours to let them know of anything wrong with the machine... I contacted them within that period because I noticed to dents in the front of the machine.. (perfect straight lines) .. I contacted them and they won t do anything about it... ignoring my calls and pretty much blaming me for the damage, there customer service people don t call you back and are extremely unhelpful!!! They want your money but won t help when things go wrong!!! Seriously don t trust these guys!!!!!! I now have a machine that I ve spent a lot of money on damaged!!!!!

Good efficient service. Ordered a new fridge/freezer Sunday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday and the old one taken away. Was kept up to date about the time of the delivery which happened within 30 minutes of the start of the 2 hour time slot. Driver was courteous and helpful and everything went ok without a hitch. The price was competitive against other retailers and I would certainly look to use the company again when necessary.

Really impressed with Marks Electrical. I recently used them to replace my faulty integrated Dishwasher. I bought a new Bosch appliance, but what I was looking for, which I struggled to find elsewhere, was a package that included old appliance removal and recycling, as well as integrated installation for a fair price.

I ordered from Marks Electrical on a Wednesday and installation was a week later (in London they use a third party for installation). Everyone I spoke to was helpful and the installation team did a fantastic job, ensuring the new item fitted perfectly and testing it before handover.

Sooo frustrating. how can these people be internet retailer of the year. I ordered goods on Saturday to be delivered on Monday. Because my billing address is different to the delivery address I have to speak to customer service ( don't these people recognise that you can be involved with more than one property) before they will deliver despite the fact I completed my debit card online security check. Customer service don't work on Sundays so I can't speak to them until Monday so my delivery is now held up. Stick with Appliance Online or Amazon etc

We contacted Marks Electrical after searching the Which guide and selecting the items we wanted. Marks Electrical were not the cheapest but could deliver within a couple of days. Unfortunately our cooker and washing machine both failed within a couple of days and we needed replacements asap! Delivery was excellent and the items were operable by lunchtime 2 days after ordering.

100% happy with product and delighted with how quickly I was able to get it delivered. Even though they travelled from Leicester down to the Kent coast I was able to book a 2 hour delivery slot, and both of the delivery guys were lovely and friendly. I got a reduction on my fridge/freezer due to a dent which I'm yet to discover!
I highly recommend Marks Electrical.

First class service. Having been severely let down by a competitor ,we were delighted with Marks Electrical. Although the price was very competitive, the most compelling reason I shall be using Marks again was their excellent communication about the delivery. We received an email the night before with the time slot, a phone call form the delivery driver 30 mins before and then Arran Boyce, the delivery driver arrived exactly on cue, pleasant, polite and efficient.

Went into the showroom to have a look at an oven and hob we liked but they didn't have it on display. We ordered online and needed it for the same day. Conveniently, the warehouse is close by so we managed to collect the items within 1 hour which was good. Customer service is great. Will consider buying from here again.

We are so impressed, placed an order on Sunday evening and opted for delivery on Monday, not expecting to get it until Tuesday at the earliest. But it arrived on Monday before Lunchtime!!
A phone call half an hour before delivery as promised and a very helpful driver. Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend them. Haven't plugged in the wine fridge yet, but this is a review for the excellent service and not the product. Thank you Marks electrical , well done.

Ordered my cooker in november and said onlime will be delivered by 28th nov and then they kept telling me it was out of stock then december they kept fobbing me off with loads of estimated dates and has left me 2 months without a cooker so asked for a refund and a week later i still havnt got my refund so yet again im still left without a cooker as cant buy a new one until the money goes back into my account. Well, having read the reviews I have to say I'm in the 'Excellent Service' camp... Ordered a washer online on Saturday and although a little disappointed there wasn't a Sunday delivery slot available, I elected 'Monday Same day' (as this basically gave me an evening delivery so wouldn't have to take the day off work)... Text message and email arrived confirming my delivery slot late PM and 30(ish) minutes before my delivery had a very polite phone call from the driver to confirm exact time they would be with me... Sure enough van turned up and they delivered my new washing machine directly into the kitchen (They didn't un-wrap it which is far enough as I hadn't paid for unwrap service but never-the-less, it was delivered into my property with no fuss) and took my old machine away... Very friendly, polite and efficient delivery team - couldn't have asked for more!

First and foremost the price of our Hotpoint Aquarius washing machine was excellent, secondly the service was first class. We ordered in the afternoon and it arrived the following morning. Marks gave us a time slot.. 10.00am to 12.00am and we would get a text 30 mins before arrival. Andy, our delivery driver actually arrived 10minutes early. The machine has been running and is quite and efficient.
So thank you Marks Electrics we will use you again.

I was told about Marks Electrical by someone when other stores wanted to charge the earth for delivery. They couldn't price match Currys but took off what they could for the dishwasher I wanted. Paid over the phone for FREE delivery the following day. Night before I received messaged from them telling me the 2 hour window in which to expect delivery. Half hour before their driver telephoned me to say he would be with me within 30 minutes. Helped me with carrying the item to the house too! Great service!!
