I found the company online and chose it because the reviews were good and after watching Wills video believed that they were genuine. My MacBook Pro was virtually unusable having been virtually destroyed by my teenage daughter. Apple had suggested I buy a new one which wasn't an option for me. From first speaking to Will he accurately diagnosed the problems and sent an estimate to repair the laptop. I received regular updates once the work began and my laptop returned to me last week. It is now in perfect working order and in fact looks like a new laptop.
I'd highly recommend them. My only gripe was that upon receipt of my laptop, work didn't begin for a few weeks due to a backlog of work, however, as it was unusable for several months and I don't need it for work I was able to wait. That being said I would definitely use them again!
