Review of Mac Assist

After my brother had his Mac updated with Fixmybrokenmac.co.uk ( SSD upgrade) and was over the moon with the results I decided to have mine upgraded! I phoned from Germany the week before to ask about possibilities and was told to ring a couple of days before I wanted to bring it in. Did this and delivered it to the company in the Custard Factory, Birmingham and went to do some shopping in the near by Bullring and Central Station. Returned 5 hours later to be told that I just happened to have one of the Macs that contained VERY expensive and non standard original parts!
This had meant that the part required for the update hadn't been available at the time I had delivered it to be updated.
None the less, Jess and Will located the required part and still managed to update my Macbook Pro before closing time. They really pulled out all the stops!
I didn't have to pay extra for the upgrade ( even though I have since learned from experts, here in Germany, that the upgrade using the parts required for my Mac would have meant that Mac Assist didn't earn much at all on my upgrade).
I would definitely recommend them!!!!! THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

THIS EXCELLENT SERVICE ALSO TOOK PLACE DURING THEIR MOVE FROM ONE SIDE OF THE STREET TO THE OTHER! AS THOUGH THEY DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TO DO!!!!!!
