Last Friday evening my much loved macbook air fail...

Last Friday evening my much loved macbook air failed me. Black screen, apple logo but no startup and after several attempts to get it going I was sure it had died. What could I do?

Answer call macassist at 9am saturday. by 9.15 it was working and I never even left home. I was talked through exactly what to do and it worked like a charm. I cannot say how blessed I was by Will who really did save my bacon.
