One word to describe, is AWESOME! Found that my MacBook Air had been damned to the vintage pile according to Apple, therefore making it obsolete and a reason for them to refuse to work on it (it had sticky keys!). These guys are more than capable and provide such a fast, reliable service for a fraction of the price that Apple would charge. (I had my Mac back within a week, and that was whilst waiting for parts!). What I really appreciated was the commitment to me as a customer. Their communication with me was second to non always keeping me in the loop and seeking permission before any work was done. @MacAssist you have made a loyal customer here! Thank you for such a great service and for restoring my Mac.
