My iMac died when I switched back on after being away on holiday.
Using the various online help sites it seemed that the hard drive had failed, I tried to find someone to repair it.......
Eventually got hold of MacAssist and spoke to Will. The online booking process was straight forward and a transport box was sent out to me, the iMac was despatched via a local drop off point. Will had a new disc ready and the repair carried out within a few hours. It was sent back the next day and is working perfectly.
Throughout the whole process Will was reassuring, calm and efficient. The repair was priced competitively and the computer is now working well with an upgraded hard drive. Most highly recommended.
