Great reliable service with good communication. The video helped greatly and inspired confidence in choosing this company vs any other. My computer crashed after an El Capitan update. Got a new SSD card and have not lost any files or photos (last few of my mother before she passed away) despite not having any backup. Computer runs much faster. Thanks!
